Clean, welcoming and good value, what more could you ask for. All the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Very well placed for a visit to the old town I was able to park our hire car outside the hotel in the street.
Stayed for 4 nights at the end of May and we were pleased with the facilites, the welcome and our overall 'experience'. Large bedroom overlooking the greenery at the back of the hotel, with seating area and spacious bathroom with a good shower. The towels were a bit scratchy, but adequate. Excellent breakfast and the hot dishes arrived promptly. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the central sights and located in a quiet side street off one of the main roads served by trolley bus no. 2. Recommended.
The hotel was nice, huge room and bathroom, though after we checked in we found out all of the Jacuzzi features on the tubes were turned off, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good and FREE, however one of the other reviews mentioned pancakes, as far as an American is concerned THESE ARE NOT PANCAKES! More like very thin crepes. Only the daytime staff spoke English, there is one young man on the evening shift that speaks English, but if he is not there, prepare to struggle a bit. Weekend nights we could hear noise from the bar two doors down, so if it's warm out you will need to close your windows to sleep. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.
I recently stayed at Hotel Rinno with a friend during a "girls' getaway." We were both blown away by the family-like atmosphere created by the staff. The room (including the bathroom) was impeccably clean and had everything we needed including luxurious toiletries. We were offered unlimited coffee and tea if we happened to be in the hotel common areas. As a coffee connoisseur, my friend informed me that the quality of the coffee was second to none. The breakfast offered was top-notch. Fresh fruits and vegetables awaited guests on the buffet table in addition to fresh baked goods, a cheese/meat selection, yogurt, and cereal. However, guests were also offered one made-to-order hot breakfast item such as an omelette, pancakes or perhaps scrambled eggs with cheese and/or bacon. I had an omelette one morning and eggs with bacon the next--both were top quality. Above all else, the staff at Hotel Rinno was very friendly and helpful during our stay. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone coming to Vilnius. I also plan to return to Hotel Rinno either this summer or next with my husband :)
We went for a weekend and we are going back... It was a really nice hotel in a lovely town. Good staff and good rooms The breakfast was exactly what we wanted... And they had a cosy small garden where we had beer and wine.
I warmly recommend Rinno for it´s excellent price/quality ratio. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere as well as the friendliness and the generosity of the staff. This is the second time I visit the hotel, and both experiences were equally good.
Between the airport (taxi 15 euro) and old town (taxi 5 euro) the hotel is in a great location. A little hard to find if driving yourself as it's on a quiet little street but the taxis know it. There's a gastro pub next door for drinks. Reception was very helpful storing bags giving advice and printing out boarding passes. Free wifi is very good and the breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom has a good shower. Desk and chair for computer work and a hotel computer if you don't have your own device. I was very happy with my stay here and couldn't fault it.
We recently visited Vilnius for the first time and stayed here. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and the room was very large considering we only booked a standard double room! The area is nice and quiet, we stayed over the weekend and didn't have any noise problems. The location is convenient, only a short simple walk to the centre and there is a general shop nearby a 5 minute walk away (Iki express) for any supplies you might need. We were very pleased and would definitely go back!
Having stayed 3 nights at the Rinno I highly recommend this lovely little hotel; our room was reasonably sized, the bed comfortable with good quality linen and windows that could be opened, always a bonus on winter nights when the heating is on. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful and the women working the breakfast room were quite special. Breakfast itself was good - the usual continental breakfast as well as cereal and a choice of hot dishes - porridge, pancakes and eggs. The hotel is located away from the centre of Vilnius but it is only a short walk to the old town and trams to the train and bus stations run almost directly in front of the hotel. There is a small, inexpensive restaurant across the road serving local dishes and a number of eating places within a few minutes walk.
Clean, Excellent desk staff good breakfast and excellent value. My only slight gripe no hot drink facilities in room. All Vilnius trips out can be organised by desk staff.Although nothing aesthetic from the outside. If you take into account it is a three star hotel and not five you will be satisfied.
