Merci à Nadine pour son accueil très chaleureux , nous sommes arrivés dans une maison bien chauffée ce qui est très agréable .Le logement correspond à la description.Le petit bémol , il manque du rangement dans les chambres au rez de chaussée et dans la cuisine un peu de vaisselle.

La résidence se situe à seulement quelques minutes de la ville de Pornic, la bernerie en retz et de l'île Noirmoutier. Il est également possible de faire de magnifiques balades en bord de mer, à Bourgneuf-en-Retz. Au soir, À mi-chemin de la balade, en fonction des conditions météorologiques, vous serez accueilli par un magnifique couché de soleil. Un véritable cadre paradisiaque, à découvrir en couple ou en famille. En ce qui concerne la maison, elle est opérationnelle. La résidence se situe dans une impasse, ce qui garantit le calme et la tranquillité. Le jardin répond parfaitement à nos attentes. En résumé, un excellent séjour à renouveler.

(Assez) bon rapport qualité-prix
Accueillis très brièvement lors de la remise des clés, nous avons réalisé que ni le chauffage, ni le wifi ne fonctionnait. Avec l'aide de nos ados, le wifi a finalement fonctionné. En revanche, pas de chauffage la première nuit. C'est le propriétaire qui le contrôle à distance et il nous a fallu rappeler plusieurs fois l'agence avant qu'il fonctionne correctement. La cafetière à dosettes fonctionne.
Jardin agréable, belle distribution des chambres et cuisine bien équipée à part le Le grille-pain qui est cassé et la cafetière "classique" (à filtres) qui met plus de 30 mn avant de faire un café pour 5 personnes.

Bon séjour
Bon séjour dans sa globalité,
Pas de chauffage en soirée et chauffe eau de petit contenant donc pour 3 couples, c'est un peu juste.
Les fenêtres en simple vitrage avec la proximité étroite de la nationale sont à remplacer.
Vétusté des poignées, nous sommes restés coincés.

Une maison très agréable à vivre
La maison est très confortable, spacieuse, et le grand jardin est plus qu’agréable en été. La plupart des pièces ont été rénovées récemment et sont donc en excellent état. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée.
La maison est dans une impasse, au calme mais proche des commerces du centre de Bourgneuf, il faut prendre un peu la voiture pour accéder aux belles plages et belles promenades alentour mais tout est accessible très rapidement.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !
Quelques pistes d’amélioration cependant : le mobilier de jardin pourrait être changé et enrichi, de même que le frigidaire, l’équipement de cuisine et les couverts.
