Great Hotel

Great room…very clean and tidy. The staff all spoke English which is fabulous because all I can say in French is “look at the pretty windmill”. I have been there before and it never fails to deliver great service

Very friendly staff

This hotel was difficult to find. Take a detailed map with you!. Very friendly staff, good evening meal and breakfast. Room comfortable, standard bathroom, but shower drain slightly blocked. Couldn't get the wifi to work.

Could have better for the same price

Finding the location & the address has been a big challenge. I turned around for over 45 minutes. The hotel is also called Acadia Hotel which added to the confusion. No elevator. Carrying heavy luggages to one's room was rather challenging. The room was clean but there was very little privacy as one could heard what might happen in the other room. The receptionist was very nice and very helpful. It is good to have a restaurant attached To the hotel

A great Value!

I came up to the Falls with some friends and decided to stay at the inn because of its' affordable rates. To my surprise, it was definitly worth the price, unlike many of the other places I have stayed at. We will always remember this little getaway.

Filthy, disgusting, and repulsive motel.

This motel was a great disappointment. We were traveling with our children on a family vacation and we expected a value motel - few or no amenities at a very affordable price. However, what we found on arrival was: - foul odor in the rooms - dead insects (bees and flies) on the bathroom floor - an air conditioner that could not be used because of the terrible smell coming from it (the staff member's solution to this problem was to spray some deodorizer into the a/c unit) - stained carpets - previous guests' refuse on the floor - defective outlets (found out my cell phone was not charged during the night) - clogged drains - non-working light fixtures - mold on the ceilings - peeling wallpaper - water damage - door lock did not work properly - hair in the bathtub - ring of filth left in the toilet - unkempt office This is not a discount motel -- this is a property that is not safe, clean, healthy, or otherwise suitable for human habitation. There are many affordable hotels and motels in the area and all of them are better options for any type of traveler. I can not recommend to anyone that they should stay here. Do not stay here under any circumstance.

The hotel is situated in a good location and it gives a great value stay with some bear bit breakfast. Staff was good. However, the room was pretty run down and we had a sink leak in our room.
