Recently renewed Villa on two levels with 4 bedrooms (3 matrimonial beds + 2 single beds room, + 1 supplementary beds for kids in room with parents), three bathrooms, modern new kitchen, dining area, triple living room with a panoramic view of the sea. LCD TV with digital TV channels. A patio garden with BBQ were is possible to eat overlooking the sea. Private access to the sea with a rock reef, sandy beach 100 meters away.
On left side of the Villa there is an indipendent little unit which can have guests, but the only part in common is the car access ramp to the road

The house was flooded by a storm so 2/3 bedrooms were moist and wet

The house is very nice, but a storm had wettened 2/3 bedrooms so they were not livable. A big rock fell from a beam on the balcony, very dangerous ! The house needs a thorough reneovation, especially the kitchen.

Great property for a group of 6-8 people. Positives: great views over the coastline from lots of windows in the property with nice nooks and crannies to sit in, end of road location,easy access to the beach although a little clamber over rocks would mean v young and old would struggle but easier access a short walk away. Some decent restaurants within walking distance. Good place to see the south part of Sardinia Negatives:decor and equipment a little tired,no air conditioning ( but ceiling fans help), tricky slope to park on and shared with second attached holiday home. Need a car to travel to other beaches.

Wunderschöne Lage, tolle Villa!

Das Haus bietet genügend Platz (4E und 4K) und ist gut ausgestattet an sensationeller Lage an der Cala Caterina. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr nett, zeitnah und unkompliziert. Den Strand kann man leicht zufuss erreichen und die Bucht ist wunderschön. Andere Top Strände sind in 5-20 Autominuten erreichbar, daher ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Villasimius hat ebenfalls charme und bietet eine gute Infrastruktur. Wir können alles nur wärmstens empfehlen, super tolle Sardinien-Ferien.

Traumhafter Herbsturlaub

Alles war perfekt!! Bis auf alle(!) Matratzen, die dringend ersetzt werden sollten! Auch das Ehebett im großen Zimmer ist gefühlt kurz vorm Zusammenbrechen:) Trotzdem hatten wir eine großartige Zeit in dem spektakulär gelegenen Haus.

Una Meraviglia

La location è bellissima, rilassante e comoda. In 5 minuti si va al porto e in 10 in centro a Villasimius (se ne sentite il bisogno). La spiaggia sotto casa è bella non affollata e con un ecosistema Marino stupendo. Ci sono altre spiaggia facilmente raggiungibili sia a piedi che in macchina. Spero di ritornare presto!!!

tutto come indicato nel sito, semplicemente meraviglioso, sopratutto la posizione. L'unica cosa la villa è un po datata avrebbe bisogno di un restauro sia la struttura che il mobilio.

Heerlijke ruime villa gelegen aan prachtige baai! Mooi uitzicht over prachtig blauwe zee. Met 2 gezinnen heerlijke week gehad eind april! Alles aanwezig, leuk strandje bereikbaar via trap en rotsen. Kortom genoten!

Super-Lage in perfekter Landschaft

Da gibts im Grunde nichts zu meckern. Die Lage sucht Ihresgleichen, das Haus ist das südlichste der Gegend und nach Süden/Westen ausgerichtet. Man schaut von fast allen Zimmern direkt aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist gut, allerdings in einem typischen italienischen Zustand einer Ferienwohnung, in der in den letzten 20 Jahren nur das nötigste gemacht wurde. Stört aber wenig, denn in diesem Klima findet ohnehin alles draußen statt. Die Lage ist jedoch recht windexponiert, das kann je nach Jahreszeit angenehm oder unangenehm sein. Man sollte hier unbedingt einen Mietwagen nehmen, ohne diesen kann man sich nur an den zahlreichen wunderschönen Stränden aufhalten. Will man einmal in eine Stadt oder in die Berge, ist ein PKW Voraussetzung. Für Kinder unter 7/8 wegen der vielen Treppen und vor allem der gefährlichen Felsen völlig ungeeignet. Alles andere kann in der Beschreibung abgelesen werden. Sardinien ist eine Saisoninsel, also außerhalb der Sommerferien schläft alles und ab Ende Oktober ist nur noch ein Kleinstmaß an Infrastruktur aktiv, was für uns völlig ausreichte. Hier sind ganze Feriendörfer mit Golfplatz, Tennisplätzen, Pools usw. komplett geschlossen. Aber genau das ist der Reiz, wenn man es nicht so touristisch mag, denn die Küsten Sardiniens zählen sicherlich zu den schönsten in Europa. Alles in allem wegen der Lage Höchstpunktzahl.

Vacanza da favola a Villasimius

Dopo aver visto le fotografie pubblicate sull'annuncio di HomeAway era difficile sperare che la realtà potesse superare le aspettative, e invece è accaduto! La villa è la prima casa della semiluna di costruzioni che si affacciano sulla meravigliosa Cala Caterina e, la sua privilegiata posizione ad est della baia, consente di ammirare i colori del mare e della spiaggia che si accendono all'alba e che si infiammano la sera al tramonto del sole. Gli spazi interni sono molto ampi ed accoglienti (esattamente come descritti nell'annuncio), sia nella zona notte con le quattro stanze ed i due bagni posizionati al piano rialzato e, ancor di più nell'area living del piano terra ove, oltre alla funzionale e ben attrezzata cucina, si possono godere tre zone relax interne, di cui una con vetrata mozzafiato che consente di ammirare la cala anche nelle rare, ma ogni tanto inevitabili, giornate di maestrale. La zona più godibile della villa è però la zona esterna, con un grande porticato immerso nella macchia mediterranea che consente a chiunque, amanti del sole o no, di rimanere a contatto con il mare anche senza muovere un solo passo. Sull'ampio tavolo pranzo esterno si possono gustare colazioni, pranzi e cene (anche con comodo barbecue), con un paesaggio unico, così come ci si può comodamente soffermare nella letture preferite, comodamente sistemati su divanetti o poltrone relax. Per chi poi volesse rinfrescarsi, una trentina di gradini collegano direttamente la casa alla scogliera sottostante da cui ci si può immergere nelle limpidissime e protette acque, raggiungendo con facilità la spiaggia sabbiosa della Cala. La casa viene consegnata pulita ed ordinata, con una dotazione più che adeguata per ospitare tutti gli ospiti dichiarati come capienza massima. Durante il nostro soggiorno (eravamo in nove adulti) non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere assistenza perché tutto ha funzionato perfettamente (tranne una lampadina bruciata e facilmente sostituita). Oltre alla Cala sottostante, nelle vicinanze si può facilmente raggiungere (anche a piedi, dopo 800 metri, se si vuole) il meraviglioso e ampissimo spiaggione di Porto Giunco o, in auto, a pochissimi km, molte altre spiagge che possono essere scelte anche in funzione della direzione del vento. Molto varie e di di buon livello le possibilità di cenare in locali tipici, anche sulla spiaggia (in casa i proprietari hanno lasciato anche qualche indicazione). bestens ausgestattetes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir (2 Familien) haben das Haus gemeinsam gemietet und es hat für uns 8 Personen perfekt gepasst. 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, sehr großer Wohnraum, die Küche verfügt sogar über eine Spülmaschine, im ganzen Haus eine perfekte Aussicht auf die Bucht cala caterina. Einfach spitze. Der überdachte Essplatz im Freien ist auch sehr großzügig, schattig, es wehte ein laues Lüftchen, sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist in allen Bereichen bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub darin verbracht und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!
