Although the staff was pleasant, the check-in was slow.
The amenities were lacking. Specifically, there were no hand towels, only one small (500ml) water for 2 people and no glasses. On the day the towels were changed, they were not replaced until 5:00 pm despite 2 requests for towels.
The room itself needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. Walls need painting and the toilet needs replacing.
The breakfast was poorly managed. Basics like forks, cups, glasses and sugar all had to be requested.
In short this hotel seems to lack the systems required to be be successful.
