## Space
This lovely 45 m² air-conditioned villa has been designed to offer you comfort and conviviality all year round. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a dining area and a cosy lounge with a sofa and television — the perfect place to get together with family or friends. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine is discreetly installed under the stairs for added convenience.

The villa has two comfortable bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a 160x190 cm pull-out bed, the other upstairs with a 160x200 cm bed.

Outside, a sunny terrace invites you to enjoy your meals or relax in the sun in a typically Mediterranean setting. And for barbecue lovers, a charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal!

## Access
The accommodation has a parking space within the gated residence ‘Les Ondines’. For other vehicles, free parking is available opposite the residence.

Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to explore via pleasant discovery trails, ideal for holidays in Occitania.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from on-site car parks. Many water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighbourhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is located 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 including VAT.
Cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is made on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Animals are not allowed in this accommodation.
