This superb 27 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on the top floor of the new ‘Le Saint-Louis’ residence, is fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Accessible by lift, it benefits from a privileged location just 100 m from the beach, perfect for seaside holidays.

The accommodation comprises a bright living room with two 140 cm bunk beds, a sofa bed, a convivial dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with ease. Adjoining the living area is a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and washing machine for added convenience.

Outside, you'll enjoy a south-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
