Ideally located in the ‘Jardin du Levant’ residence, this spacious 88 m² villa is fully equipped to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it combines space, conviviality and tranquillity.

On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for peaceful nights. Upstairs, the villa has two other bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, and the other designed to accommodate children or friends, with two single bunk beds and a 140 cm double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

The living area is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen and amenities designed for your comfort.

Outside, you can enjoy a large private garden, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. A gas barbecue is available for convivial outdoor meals.

For added convenience, the villa has a parking space in front of the house and a garage, ideal for storing the bicycles provided or your beach gear and any other equipment you may need during your stay.

The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is located 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €120 including VAT.
Cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is due on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
