## Space
This charming 50 m² flat is designed to offer comfort and conviviality, making it ideal for stays with family or friends. It comprises a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all your needs. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower cubicle, and the WC is also located on this level for added convenience.

For your convenience, a washing machine is available in the garage, which also offers practical storage space for your bikes and other equipment.

There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), providing comfortable sleeping areas. A mezzanine completes the sleeping area with two bunk beds (90 cm), ideal for children.

Outside, there's a small private garden and a terrace facing north-west, perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. An ideal setting for a relaxing, sunny holiday.

## Access
The flat has a parking space just outside the front door. You can also park a vehicle in front of the garage door.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
