Great property for our stay for 4 nights. Two separate bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Great kitchen facilities to eat in if you choose. Close to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic host

We actually did not get to stay in this apartment because of an unforeseen problem. However, we had a lot of contact with the host Michele, who worked to find us another comparable apartment. He was very available and incredibly helpful. He saw us through the whole process until we were completely comfortable with where we ended up. We would definitely rent an apartment from Michele again.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung und die stressfreie Abwicklung bei Ankunft! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim nächsten Venedig-Urlaub ziehen wir auf alle Fälle wieder diese Wohnung in Betracht. Sie ist vom Parkhaus in 10 Minuten gemütlich erreichbar! P.S. Unseren Hund hat es auch sehr gefallen😉

nice flat in a nice area

I had a had a very good commuication with Michele. As Michele was on vacation, a friend of him picked us up. She gave us a lot of good recommendations, and Michele left a City Map with a lot of hints. The flat was freshly renovated, nice and clean. We all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, great location, quiet, and easy to get around around Venice

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The owners had provided a few basic groceries to get us started so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket. We were given some great information to plan our short stay so we got the most out of our time in the city, including restaurant tips and how to get Venetian value away from the tourist hot spots!

Amazing Apartment!

My party of 4 stayed at Camigio from January 30 to February 4th 2016. We very much enjoyed our home away from home, as we called it. The apartment had everything one could need for a stay in Venice. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was exactly as described. The location was near enough to all the sights and in a quiet area with many restaurants and bars nearby. Michele was very helpful with giving us information about the area and good places to eat. We hope to return to our home away from home again soon.

Appartement spacieux et très agréable, tout a été prévu par les propriétaires pour que vous ne manquiez de rien, climatisation parfaite pour le mois d'août, à deux pas de la Piazzale Roma donc idéal si vous arrivez en voiture, pas besoin de traverser la foule et les nombreux ponts avec vos bagages, dans un quartier magnifique, authentique et à proximité des endroits touristiques. situé sur cour intérieure au fond d'une petite ruelle donc incroyablement calme et idéal pour se reposer, nous avons passé une formidable semaine de vacances à Venise où tout est magnifique et ce malgré la chaleur et les touristes. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leurs réponses toujours rapides et pour être venu nous chercher au parking, si nous avions la chance de revenir à Venise nous retrouverions cette location avec grand plaisir!!

Home from home

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with some outside space with a table and chairs for relaxing. It is well equipped and incredibly well situated as it is near so many lovely restaurants, a beautiful canal with its own gondola station and is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is 5 minutes from the bus station which means it is very accessible. The air conditioning was a necessity. The owners are helpful and keen that their clients enjoy their stay and they provided good information on sights, events, shops and restaurants. It sleeps 6 in spacious comfortable bedrooms and has two shower rooms which is very handy. It felt very private and was very quiet with no unwelcome noise from neighbours. It is also very secure. We loved staying there and had a very relaxed, happy holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment.

"Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen: nur zwei Brücken von Pzl Roma bzw. Bahnhof entfernt, trotzdem absolut ruhige Lage in einer nicht touristischen Gegend.
