Gran Paradiso Paradise Rental. Gated community with over 1000 acres of lakes, nature trails, tennis/pickleball courts, resort-style heated pool, fitness center, clubhouse, playground, and much more. It is minutes from Wellen Park, restaurants, and the Atlanta Braves spring training facility. In addition, this lavish vacation rental is less than 10 miles to several beaches, such as; Englewood Beach, Venice Beach, Blind Pass, South and North Jetty, and Nakomis Beach, with access to boardwalks and fishing piers. Beautifully decorated three bedrooms and three bath house sleeps 6 with queen air mattress for an additional two guests. Master Suites features a king bed with 70-inch cable tv, double vanity sink, shower, and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom features a king bed with an attached full bath. The third bedroom includes a full-size bed with a full bath. The dining table accommodates 8, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living area contains a sectional and 70-inch cable tv. The laundry area includes a new large capacity washer and dryer. This is a 2018 construction with all upgraded appliances and furnishings. Screened in extended lanai includes two glider sofas with coffee table, dining area for 6, and pellet grill.

Great Stay at Gran Paradiso

This is an excellent vacation property. It's located in an attractive and well maintained community with easy access to downtown Venice. The pool at the clubhouse is quite large and was never overcrowded. The house is nicely furnished and decorated, was very clean upon arrival, and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for relaxing and dining on the lanai and very quiet in the back. Communication with our host before and during our stay was exceptional.
