Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a strategic location, just a few steps from Venezia Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma, perfect for exploring the entire city. This accommodation is ideal starting point to discover Venice and its wonders, while also seeking comfort.



The private entrance leads to a bright living area featuring a fully equipped kitchenette and dining space, as well as a comfortable armchair which can be arranged into a single sofa bed. The spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed offers a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and includes a TV, hanging space for clothes, and a luggage rack. The modern and functional bathroom features a large shower and a hairdryer.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

This property did the trick for our 2 day visit to beautiful Venice. The location was perfect; close to all kinds of transportation, restaurants, and shops for first time visitors because it was so close to the Grand Canal. The property is tucked away in a quiet, safe area. Instructions for access were very clear. There were easy directions for using the facilities the property offered. The property owners were very prompt and helpful with our requests. I would stay here again.

Impossible quasiment de communiquer avec le propriétaire, en fait il faut passer par le gestionnaire par une plate-forme qui vouss reponds tres rapidement... quelques jours après ce qui est très utile comme nous qui devions quitter la france 3 jours avant l'arrivée sans téléphone moderne donc impossible d'avoir le code ppur le jour de l'arrivée a l'appartement, obligé de se rendre dans un hôtel pour se connecter aux emails pour avoir le ocde du coffre a clé, merci la communication
