Room wasn't dirty, but wouldn't say clean either. The extra bed was broken, and was propped up with a piece of wood, that would collapse & cause the whole mattress to fall onto the floor. Kitchen & toilet stank.

We booked this suite via interned as one-night stay during our France round-trip by rental car. We are glad with our choice - it exactly matched to our expectation. We need one night comfortable stay for four adults, shower, secured car parking, breakfast - that's all. We got it in full there. Additionally - positive and helpful owner (I think he's owner) on reception. He met us as old good friends without any obtrusiveness, answered any questions and ensured himself thoroughly that everything is OK for us. Apartments - two rooms plus bathroom and kitchen corner, definitely enough for short stay. Pleasant and small courtyard in front of entrance - for individual (or 2-3 persons) beer-drinking in late evening. Air conditioners, water and kitchen equipment worked perfectly. Breakfast - country style, not too huge but enough (anyway we did not want to eat until we reached Nice that day). Wi-fi - free and ok. Location - so-so: 20 minutes footstep walk from Old City, route is not picturesque (along railway station backside) but we agreed to it in advance considering good car connectivity (enter and leave Avignon) and care parking. So my advice - if you do not expect too much - you are recommended to book this hotel. Silent, cozy, country-styled with good service and positive-mind people.

We stayed here because we could not find any other hotel in Avignon (Rose festival and Ascension weekend). It was terrible. The kitchen was a dirty coffee pot, a few dirty dishes, a sink, a little refridgerator, and a tiny micro wave. The beds were awful. It is right next to the train tracks. A very small TV with limited channels, but it did have WIFI. The bathroom was marginal. Read the reviews and do not trust the descriptions on web sites.

Don`t stay here!!! Terrible. Dirty. Unfreindly.uncomfortable!!!!

We booked the Court Inn as it advertised all units have a fully equipped kitchen and we were looking to have a week stay while doing recce for an upcoming tour. The kitchen has a working firdge, two burners, a coffee pot that was so dirty no one would dare to use it, and the microwave was not working. It also boasts that all rooms were quiet.as we had a room on the 2nd floor with windows facing the busy roads we asked to change rooms and were advised there were no other rooms available but assured at night we would here no noise. All night trucks use the road as the inn is located in an industrial park. Lots of noise. The pictures on the website must have been taken in earlier times. The room had a terrible smell of body odor and even leaving windows open did not help. The shower head was broken off the wall and daily housekeeping service is not available nor are extra towels when asked.

YIKES! Travelled with 42 kids through the south of France, and this was one of our stops. The rooms were disgusting, smelled horrible, and frankly, was not even the two star that it claims. Plus, it's in an industrial park outside of the city. The rates, at 75 Euros a night might seem like a steal, but it's not worth it. The furnishings in the rooms were all pressboard junk, and this property needs a lot of tender loving care. The staff were rude and I wouldn't recommend staying here for any reason! Our tour group received 750 Euros back in compensation from the booking agency, because they want to maintain their reputation, and that have decided NOT to do business with this property anymore. STAY ELSEWHERE.

we booked this hotel, or it's new sister hotel 300m down the road, as it said it had a new pool. when we arrived it was brown. also there were problems with plumbing, water and aircon I believe. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and helped us find and alternative hotel in the city. As the location is not good either. near TGV station, but very hard to get to, and not a plesent area.

Thanks to our navigation system which enabled us to finally find this hotel. It is situated in a depressing industrial zone 'Z.I. Courtine' . We had booked this hotel for 4 nights and left one day earlier, after we successfully had found a really pleasant place. First of all we had to refuse to pay the total fee in advance and before we even had the chance to see the studio - this was a promising welcome. A mouldy shower curtain in the carelessly cleaned bathroom as well as battered furnitures contrasted with the misleading website photos that must have been taken in earlier times - it completed the bad impression that we already had gotten. The service was polite but somewhat helpless. The bikes to rent were not save for traffic. In sum we were very disappointed and will not book this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel while I was on an EF tour. It was a little far from the center of town, but the route was well marked, so walking wouldn't be very difficult. One of the teachers on our tour went running one morning and made it to the center of Avignon and back in 25 minutes. The hotel itself was made up of about eight cottage-style rooms, with separate rooms on the top and bottom floors. We stayed on the bottom floor, and our room was fairly nice. It was roomy, and had a couch and kitchenette. The bathroom was okay, but the shower was temperamental and occasionally decided to douse you with icy-cold water, and then five minutes later, return to its hot temperature. Some of our friends had an upper-floor apartment, and it looked nicer than ours. The upper-floor ones actually have two floors, with a double bed room at the very top and a balcony. Even though we didn't know the price of the hotel because it was included in our tour, the ones listed on the gate of the hotel seemed quite reasonable (see picture). All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to save money, because not only did the rates seem inexpensive, but you would have a kitchenette, so you could shop at the markets and make yourself meals fairly cheaply.

We couldn't wait to leave. At 5:00 AM, luggage in tow, we were going to walk to the TGV station a mile away for the 6:10 train to Paris. When we got to the gate, a guard dog appeared out of the darkness, barking and snarling. It seemed docile during daylight hours but it meant business at 5 AM. The dog went nuts when I touched the gate. Thankfully my bag saved me from being bitten. His job must be to prevent people from leaving! (We paid in advance in case you are wondering.) No one answered our calls for help even after banging on the office door. We escaped by throwing food to the other side of the yard and making a run for the gate while the dog was distracted---like a scene from a Stephen King movie. The room was depressing. The toilet ran continuously and had to be shut off at the wall. Water got all over the floor because of an inadequate shower curtain. There was no maid service and we were stuck the second day with wet towels. If you like to camp out, it's not that bad a place. There was hot water, a little fridge, microwave, TV, and bed with no bugs. The free WIFI worked off and on. It is quiet at night except for the hum of a nearby power generating station and occasional train. The 2 KM walk to town along the Rhone is pleasant and the exercise did us good. Plus we got to see some homeless guys camping under a bridge. Advise: Bring food to distract the dog if you have to leave early. Quiche works fine. Better yet: Sleep under the bridge and shower at the train station for 50 cents.
