Charming townhouse located in the historic and picturesque heart of Avignon.
With a total surface area of 70 m2, this pretty little townhouse is located at 23 rue du Sureau in Avignon, in the eastern half of Intra-Muros. Dating back to the 1900s, this healthy and bright house was completely restored with taste and with high quality materials between 2017 and 2018.
Small street very very quiet and neighborhood life as in a village! Air-conditioned house on 3 levels: living room, kitchen & bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 laundry room on the 2nd floor.
The vacation home is soundproofed and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

The house was in a historic part of the city. I did not realize the first taxi could not get to the door so we had to walk about a block. It was no problem but unexpected as we arrived at night. It was a hot day. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning but one bedroom had no air and was very hot. The owner had someone fix it the next day. He was very cooperative and helpful. I would stay here again.
So many awesome historical places to visit near here.

Really enjoyed our time in Avignon - excellent property exactly as described. Parking at Les Italiens P+R was simple and allowed us to use this as a great base to explore Provence.
