I do not like the machine check-in. I scanned my passport, it was accepted and went to the next screen. Then the face on the screen told me it did not work and that I had to provide an ID with my address on it. The machine clearly states a passport is acceptable. Passports do not have addresses, which is why I use that. The key pad to input my phone number was slow. The connection to the face on the screen was glitchy and he was difficult to understand. If I had known this was the check-in process, I would not have chosen this hotel.
Bed was comfortable; room was ok. Whenever the guest in the room above used the toilet or the shower, there was a horribly loud noise.
Would not stay here again.
