The room was very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff attending to cooking and plate running were fast and efficient. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have the common courtesy that it is normal for the rooms to go without water and plumbing for a few hours. We were in the shower and the water turned off and didnt return for three hours. We mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and she laughed and said, "oh that happens here, you never know when we will have water."

It seemed to be a new facility so it was quite clean. No stains furniture or carpet. It the breakfast area was kept clean. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was accommodating and helpful with us finding a place for dinner.

Wi-Fi was down so for three hours we were unable to call to let them know. We were running late for check-in which caused stress, not knowing if they would cancel our reservation. Then we get here and can’t even see the hotel because the lights are out, which is highly unsafe And we were nervous about even continuing the stay as we had a U-Haul and car full of items and no light to park under. Not impressed at all as it was a safety issue to have no exterior lights on your building. The girl upfront said it happens often.
