What kind of hotel has 5 Rooms broken into on the same day and refuses to call the police??? We have just left this hotel after being in the Police station until 2am reporting thefts, 5 different rooms were broken into yesterday. The police confirmed the hotel should have contacted them immediately and they would have come immediately to investigate. Our room was entered 4 times after we left for the day by hotel staff, seems very strange?! Laptops, Ipads, cash and jewelry were taken from different groups of international travellers all conveniently checking out the next morning. But reception and management were not helpful and refused to take any responsibility, they did not want to do anything, advised us we could report ourselves to police if we really wanted wth?! There are no safes in the rooms and bags that were locked with padlocks had the zips ripped open and the thieves spent alot of time going through stuff. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE or have a hotel that will actually care about its patrons!

Do not stay here! Stayed here for 3 nights with a tour group. On our second last day I came back to room to find backpack, money, iPad and jewellery stolen. My roommate had her suitcase broken into, and money stolen. When we went to hotel reception all they said was it's not their responsibility and we can go to the police if we want. Found out 5 other rooms robbed with guests all leaving the next day...very dodgy. Astounded at lack of care hotel showed and how strange it is that the robbers knew who weren't home and leaving the next day.

Pleasant staff, rooftop bar and pool area. Maybe more attention should be payed to cleanliness in hardly accessible areas, but overall - clean and had a nice stay! The inhouse restaurant - work needed

We had a superior room on the 5th floor, our daughter had a standard room on the 8th floor. Our room overlooked the main road and was very quiet, her room overlooked the shopping centre and was noisy on 3 out of 6 nights because of guests which continued into the early hours. Our room was newly decorated with soft lights and a new shelved wardrobe(including free safe) and modern furniture and coffee/tea provided. The bathroom had a large mirror and decent lighting and a glass screen for shower. The room smelled fresh. Our daughters room had dated furniture and a rather dark bathroom. Her room smelled of smoke. Both rooms had efficient air conditioning . I would recommend the upgrade, they offer it at reception, but the free bottles of water were only there on our arrival. The roof top pool and bar were most enjoyable and only on one occasion were we unable to get a sunbed.. The hotel is close to turia metro and turia gardens. A walk through the gardens is a must, you almost forget you are in a large city. The hotel has plenty bars and cafes nearby offering reasonably priced breakfasts and meals. Overall housekeeping staff were excellent and reception staff were usually helpful, but on the morning of our departure (5am) we asked if reception would telephone a taxi for us, and the receptionist merely pointed us in the direction of the empty taxi rank giving us no indication of how long we would have to wait. We were rather anxious as there had been a 12 hour taxi driver strike the previous day. Overall good value for money, but the other rooms need upgrading. The rooftop bar and pool area and the close proximity to shopping centre would be the main draw for this hotel.

Have just returned from a five day break at the Expo with my partner and it can best be summed up in one word: Superb !! The Hotel, Location, Staff, Rooms and Valencia itself are an absolute joy. The hotel is marketed as 3-Star and yes some minor areas need a bit of TLC here and there but the staff friendliness and quality of service more than make up for it. We booked a Superior room with breakfast and both aspects did not disappoint. The Hotel is adjacent to Turia Metro station and bus stops so getting around and to the hotel from the airport is easy. But the USP of this hotel is the rooftop pool and bar which are just wonderful during the day and night in equal measure. All in all a great stay and we will be back again in the near future.

I booked for 1-night stay and was disappointed of the room. The hotel looks fancy on the outside but the rooms were pretty dated. My room had an old style worn-out furniture so I didn't quite enjoy my stay. The hotel is in a very central location, minutes to metro and walking distance to casco viejo. So it has a large number of visitors on a regular basis and they can surely afford to refurbish it.

Free wifi. Nice cafe. Place is accessible to all attraction. Direct local bus to bioparc, oceangraphic and other tourist place. Also local bus service to beach also. Hotel price also nominal. Hotel is also near to bus station from where bus service to barcelona is also available. Overall nice stay.

Didn't expect much with it being 3 star but was pleasantly surprised. Clean, free wifi, good facilities, fridge in room. Air con and pillows could have been better but aside from that enjoyed our stay. Located next to turia gardens which is a lovely walk

I booked 2 triple rooms for a hen weekend away, great value for money. Was easy to check in at 2pm, your able to leave your cases there as we got there earlier. We checked in and went to our rooms, nice rooms, clean, wardrobe, bathroom with massive sink and great shower. They leave you shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and towels to. Clean your room everyday. We headed straight for the rooftop pool and bar which was great, very big, busy but enough space for us all to get a sunbed. the bar is reasonably priced and does great food, drink, alcohol and slushes! Wifi was good had no trouble. The location was ok, right next to the shopping centre and food court, mcdonalds right behind it was a plus for us when hungover. There is also a bar near reception and you can get breakfast but we never got to try it. The hotel was a bit nosy as there were stags and hens parties there but that's to be expected but lots of families and kids too.

The hotel's location is very conveniant for shopping. It is surrounded by 3 shopping centers with all major brands and restaurants and a supermarket. There is a bar on the roof so it might be difficult to sleep if your room is on the eleventh floor because of the noise.
