The hotel location is super strategic. It has a big mall behind, a taxi stop in front of the hotel, the bus also pass in front of the hotel. The metro is in the street corner. Fabulous position. No rental car need it. The sourroundings has life until 11 p.m. metro works until midnight. The breakfast is the best in the hotel. If you stay here you should book with breakfast. It is all you can eat but very good food. The people in the reception advise you what to do. They nicely ask how many days you'll stay and tell the best thing to do so you can profit. They give you a map. They mark you how to arrive to the attractions and how to get it. Attention taxi isn't cheap. I don't suggest to use it unless is mandatory. If I came back. I'll stay in this same hotel.
This hotel is a bit dated and worn but has an excellent location. You can easily walk to historic town. Next to it is a shoping mall with all fast and slow food you need plus stores. Rooms clean and nice, good wifi. But if your neigbour is loud you can enjoy their conversation. Altogether and considering price very good!
We stayed here for 2 nights in January and the hotel was okay. The beds were pretty comfortable albeit on the hard side. The location of the hotel was convenient. We walked into town easily enough. As we went at off peak time the bars in the hotel weren’t open so we couldn’t have a drink. It’s really close to El Corte Inglés and a few restaurants and a dominos pizza place so it was easy to get something to eat. It’s quite a long way to the beach and the science park though. We parked on the road but that was very hectic at times! The hotel itself was clean and basic.
Great location, value and breakfast (included). Located right beside a shopping mall and a short walk to the park and Old Town. The small fridge was a bonus. The pool was closed for the winter and there isn’t a fitness centre. The decor and rooms need a facelift and the bed is very hard.
Excellent value for money. Good location next to bus station and 15 min walk to old centre. located near shopping mall-good for food, beer and shopping. Next to turia park -can walk/cycle off road to city of art and science-well worth journey.Next to metro for airport. Rooms clean slightly old fashioned. Staff exceptionally genuinly friendly-even given complimentary bottle of fizz for birthday
The bathroom was dirty with black mold everywhere and every now and then some strange little worms appeared. At the thought of having a shower, I was shivering. The room was average, the curtains were dirty, thankfully the bedding was clean. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the good breakfast.
This is a Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to all transport links and would recommend using the Metro to and from the Airport. The staff are Great! So friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
My son and I stayed here for one night only. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is close to station and bus stops. Behind the hotel is a food court with a variety of restaurants. There is also some mini expo stalls and the music that can be heard in the room can be a bit irritating, but otherwise a pleasant stay
We always stay at the Expo when we go to Moto GP and for 10 years it has been fine, but no more! It has become a loud, brash BRIT'S ABROAD hotel - avoid the bar it was just full of loud, foul mouthed Brits We fully appreciate that the hotel can do nothing about the type of customers but sadly for us this was the last time we will stay because of the class of customer now using the hotel. Perfect location for metro station and bus station, about 1km from old town and near the airport and circuit. Bedrooms reasonable size, clean and comfortable.
Having inadvertently travelled from Alicante to Valencia, by bus, we realised it would be midnight befor we got a return bus and it would end up at the "bus station" in Benidorm. Easy option seemed to be to stopover (we did have passports with us for checking in), Expo hotel just around from bus station and we were fortunate to get booked in: May I hasten to add by a lovely, helpful receptionist from Budapest. Room good size but basic,(needs a freshen up) but comfy bed, lovely bath and toiletries.(This hotel backs onto a shopping centre with play areas and delicious food in food court. Especially in el rey Istambul). Given map and directions to old town. Yes we had found the real Spain! Worth a visit. Saturday and visits to churches with families and babies being christened. Lovely.
