Overall it was a bit disappointing, in need of a refurbishment. Breakfast was in a side room which was rather grim and poor compared to others in the chain. Check in was good, nice happy chap, breakfast staff were nice too. Other receptionists either miserable or rude.

The breakfast each morning was fantastic, as was the coffee and orange juice. The staff was very helpful, particularly the young man who came to our room and showed us how to operate the television. He was so patient and gave it to us to us retired folks in an easy lesson. The view of the harbor is wonderful, and this hotel is close to EVERYTHING in town. Loved it!

Very clean rooms, breakfast was the best so far with a great variety, there is a restaurant in the building. There was a slight mildew smell upon entering one hallway, but it had been raining a lot - it is Alaska... It's right next to the harbor and mountains all around so great scenery. Lobby had a fireplace which was nice to play cards next to. We did not check any other facility offers.
