Worst case scenario!

The adress and location given is totally wrong by 130 kilometers. No refund given for driving about 4 hours ekstra. The pictures doesent look like the apartment. The beds are hard as rock and sleeping couch was very small. I dont recommend to use hotels.com after this terrible experience!!
