Good, but not perfect

The location is fantastic there is no doubt about it. The upstairs rooms were all very small and did not reflect the luxury of the rest of the house. One upstairs bathroom between 3 bedrooms is not really worth the price point. There were many exposed wires and pipes making the property look unfinished. Having to clean an oven to check out when it wasn’t clean to begin with doesn’t feel like a holiday. Also having to strip the beds, empty bins etc takes away from the experience when the cleaning fee is so high. Overall a nice experience but could’ve been much nicer.

Das Haus wirkt eher so, als hätte man einen Häusertausch gebucht. Sehr viele persönliche Dinge liegen herum. Das untere SZ hat ein Bad en Suite; muss man mögen. Zusätzlich eine Gästetoilette von der Küche mit Schiebetür, allerdings ohne Spiegel oder eine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch zu deponieren. Whz und Küche haben keine Air Condition. Das obere Stockwerk hat dann 3 SZ mit einem kleinen gemeinsamen Bad, welches ein winziges, zu hoch eingebautes Fenster aufwies, und somit nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Blick aus 2 oberen Schlafzimmern sehr schön. Zugang vom Grundstück zum Meer noch nicht richtig angelegt!! Man kann aber außerhalb des Grundstückes in wenigen Minuten zum Strand. Es ist Sandstrand, aber leider sehr ungepflegt. Direkt gegenüber des Hauses ist zur Zeit eine Baustelle!!! Die Müllentsorgung ein Thema für sich. 5 Tage in der Woche besteht die Möglichkeit eine der drei Tonnen zur nä Straßenkreuzung zu bringen. Tut man dies nicht, liegt eine Strafgebührenliste aus,.. Der Pool , die Aussenduschen und der gesamte Terrassenbereich sind sehr schön! In der Küche hatten wir eine Ameisenstrasse. Als wir das meldeten, wurde uns gesagt, wir sollten halt Gift sprühen, es würden Dosen herumstehen. Leider waren alle schon leer… Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes wurde mein Personalausweis einbehalten!!! Wir haben so etwas, auch in anderen Ländern, noch nie erlebt. In zwei weiteren Häusern, die wir auf Sizilien gemietet haben, wurde der Ausweis nur kopiert oder fotografiert. Fazit: Schöne Poolanlage, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus innen ist lässt einige Wünsche offen. Der Mietpreis ist nicht angemessen.

Vor allem die Lage direkt am Meer, mit quasi Privatstrand macht dieses Objekt einzigartig... Ein tolles Haus auf einer schönen Insel mit perfekter Lage.
