The accommodation is located just 5 MINUTES from the city and the sea, in the Piana Scunchipani district (on the SS 115 Sud Ovest Sicula and near the SS 624 Palermo-Sciacca) inside the Royal Trazzera called "4 Pileri", in the past entrance avenue of the majestic "Villa Venuti" completed in 1792 and still exists. Surrounded by the typical vegetation of the place, it lies on a beautiful plain with green lawn and on a biological garden where austere and majestic ancient olive trees stand which, with their suggestive and harmonious shape, seem to be the natural custodians of such wonder. It is a place where peace and tranquility reign supreme, away from the chaos and noise of the city, ideal for families, couples and, above all, for groups who want to spend a holiday in contact with nature and at the same time have the opportunity to reach seaside destinations or those of high cultural value. Premetto che non sono tipo da recensioni,ma in questo caso è dovuta. Struttura molto accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, i proprietari persone squisite e molto disponibili. Le bambine si sono divertite tantissimo, una in piscina e una al parco giochi e noi ci siamo rilassati... Che dire.... Un posto da cui viene difficile andarsene!!! Consigliatissimo.

Oasi di pace in campagna

Siamo stati accolti con estremo calore dal Sig. Saverio e dalla moglie, persone squisite e molto disponibili. La casa vacanze si trova in una splendida campagna vicina a Sciacca, è circondata da piacevoli uliveti e agrumeti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la pulizia e l'accuratezza dell'appartamento e lo splendido giardino comune, circondato da siepi di rosmarino e lavanda, con alcuni ombrosi ulivi secolari. Un vero piacere tuffarsi in piscina anche alla sera o riposare sulle amache tra gli ulivi. Nessun rumore, un grande occasione di riposo. L' appartamento è ben attrezzato per cucinare, non manca nulla, tavoli e sedie all'aperto in abbondanza e, molto importante, letti molto comodi!! Insomma, assolutamente da consigliare! Appena arrivi ti penti subito di aver prenotato solo per pochi giorni!! Grazie ancora ai nostri ospiti!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Bei dem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um ein liebevoll restauriertes Gebäude, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es beinhaltet 3 getrennte Appartements und liegt ruhig und ca. 10 Autofahrminuten entfernt von Sciacca. Das Objekt ist sauber und geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Das Grundstück wurde traumhaft bepflanzt und angelegt. Der Pool ist vollkommen ausreichend. Der Check in erfolgte unproblematisch, ebenso unsere Abreise. Der Vermieter ist ein sympathischer älterer Herr, welcher lediglich italienisch spricht. Durch Nutzung entsprechender Übersetzungsprogramme stellte dies jedoch kein Problem dar. Wir wurden durch ihn freundlich empfangen und uns wurde sogleich ein großer Präsentkorb überreicht. Auch bei Tischreservierungen war er uns behilflich. Die Anlage liegt ruhig und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Aggrigento oder Selinunte. Zusammengefasst: tolles Objekt, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, schöne Lage- gerne wieder!!!!!!
