the hotel was disappointing: my room was renovated a long time ago and was pretty small. I was on a business trip and wanted to have a hotel close to my client's office and it not a business standard.

We booked this hotel so that we could take the RER metro and Orly Shuttle to Orly airport next morning. It is a nice place to stay for this purpose, but there is not much to do in this suburb of Paris. There are only a few restaurants to choose from, besides the one for the hotel. The front reception was friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

We booked 2 rooms one Queen bed for 2 adults and other room supposed to be single triple beds for 3 young adults as advertised on hotel website, but single triple bed rooms had only 2 twin beds and 3rd one was just a small cot for little kid on which young teenager 13 years old cannot sleep comfortably. Rooms are very small hard to walk around and sit. House keeping staff kept rooms clean and tidy. Front desk crew was friendly and helpful, but difficult to communicate in English. Free WiFi was decent but disconnected often. Bakery, produce, grocery and other essential stores are at walking distance. Bus Stops at couple of blocks and train station was 1/2 a mile from hotel.

Nothing to write home about. It appears clean & staff is friendly enough, although they charge you for everything. Don't bother w/ breakfast, you can find better for less elsewhere. Although the restaurant had just closed for lunch, the waitress was kind enough to serve us. It was a good home-cooked meal that satisfied. Our room is very, very small and provides only the basics but the cleaning lady keeps it neat. Staying in Cachan for a family affair, otherwise wouldn't dream of trekking out here.

We were a group visiting from Washington DC, stayed at this hotel for the third time. Rooms were well air conditioned and clean. Good and free WiFi. Safe parking. Located in a quite Parisian suburban area. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. RER and public transportation is nearby but we rented a car this time!

Nice hotel. Stayed there June 1-2 2015, hotel is not far from the city with easy access to public transportation. Highly recommend it if you are visiting Paris and looking for an inexpensive, clean and convenient place. They provide free WIFI.

stayed here for my last night in Paris, the place is only 10 mins from montparnasse, had a goodnight sleep, slept so well missed breakie and woke up at 10am , room was great and easy to find get, To get thier get take the RER B and get off at Arcueil - Cachan it was about 5 min walk to the hotel .

There was a very warm and welcoming feel at this hotel. It was clean, economical for Paris, our room did have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities, bed was comfortable and it had a nice clean bathroom. We were only there overnight after having completed a tour. The absolute best thing about this hotel (it is just another good, clean hotel after all), were the staff and their attitude. So helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Told us quite happily where a self service laundry was ( literally just around the corner, 5 mind), which took a worry from our mind. Breakfast was adequate, typical of European budget hotels. Hotel also happily held on to our luggage for afternoon flight. Yes it is away from the city, but there is public transport. Also a supermarket just around the corner.

Nothing speaks for this hotel. Far away from everything, dirty rooms, awful service. I just stayed one night and didn't like it at all. It's abolutely not in Paris and the prices you pay is a robbery for the service you get. Better have a Ibis Budget room near the center. And if you have to stay in the region, take the Kyriad. They needed 8 minutes to print the bill... 8 minutes when you want to leave the hotel is a real waste of time... Once again, stay somewhere else!

I booked 2 rooms for 4 nites stay in Kyriad Hotel from 14-18 Mar 2014 but due to last minute renovation on their water tank, I was given Comfort Hotel instead. The hotel is a bit of a distance to walk from the subway but luckily because of pollution in France, the government announced that the bus services and subway are free for 4 days I was there, so a lot of money save when going into town. The room in Comfort Hotel is quite big for a couple but small for triple sharing. There's lift in the hotel. Reception area is very small. The reception understand very little English. Room is clean. There's kettle in room so it is easy to make yourself a cup of coffee. I put up a 'Do Not Disturb' sign in my room and told the reception specifically not to do up the room but the housekeeping still enters the room. Because of this, I lost 150Euro and my wallet has gone missing. Informed the reception but they did not do anything or even try to find out what happen. Overall the hotel is just an average stay with no facilities. Wifi is free but we have to keep on logging in.
