Great location for skiing and restaurants
Room size was good. Room was clean and furniture was in great condition. Amenities were good. We were adults, but property is good for families with children with a game room, pool, and club area. Bus stop is very close. Walk to restaurants and stores. Staff is very responsive. We would stay again.

This place was awesome! Our stay was 08/14-08/18. Everything looked newly remodeled in our 1 bed suite. The kitchen had everything we needed & the facility even had a grill. Super close to Nottingham Lake & the pool & clubhouse were easily accessible. We had a great stay!
Less expensive option close to Vail. Kitchen facilities. Spa and pool. I say parking.

I have stayed at some very nice hotels and condos but I have never stayed at a nicer place than room 113 at Falcon Point in Avon, Colorado. I know that these rental units are individually owned so that each unit will have it's own personality. You win some and you lose some... this time I won! This is one beautiful rental condo! 2 huge bedrooms, an absolutely stunning living room with fireplace. A wonderful view from the large windows. The best functional full size kitchen I have ever seen in a hotel (I know this is not a hotel... but I am treating it like one). Super clean and well appointed in every way. Oh, by the way... I came early in the season so I got a terrific deal!
Hotel is located a bit far from the resort area, but it was absolutely OK comparing to the price of the room. The bus station is located next to the hotel and can bring you to the mountain. There is a free parking and lockers for the equipment. I would recommend this hotel to stay if you want to save money and have a nice time in the mountains
I thought the woman who checked us in was not very friendly or enthusiastic. Got a bad feeling with that introduction that the rooms and the stay would be disappointing. However, the rooms were very nice with all the kitchen amenities -except a stove -and the location was perfect. I would recommend this resort for a nice weekend stay.
The blanket on the bed was dirty, The bedspread was dated and heavy. The room was stuffy! The sleeper sofa was a single ,and very small.

The hotel is Conveniently located in Avon. the shutle is steps away. We had a studio. I don't care if it says 4 can go in it. It would be crowded. For 2 - just fine. The kitchen was stocked ok. Fair warning- no oen. It does have a convection/ microwave though, so it works. The wifi in the room is strong. There is indoor parking an ski lockers, and bot driers in the garage. The pool, BBQ, and hot tub were good. The sauna though!! It took 3 hours to hit 120 degrees. So don't plan on a good sauna while you are there. The fitness room though small, it good with muylti function machines. GOOD VALUE.
Booked Falcon Point for less than had been paying for motels in the area and had great room with kitchette. Beware you might love it so much you'll want to buy in. Room had a great view West toward mountain and small lake next to property. Easy access to shopping and return to Vail if you're so inclined.
This location is very accessible to Beaver Creek and Vail. Ask for a room with a fireplace to end a perfect day of skiing. All we could ask for...
