The place was as pictured, the check in process was faulty, the code provided didn’t work and we had to wait for the property manager to get back to us. The listing never mentioned the need for parking passes. The email with the check in information asked for vehicle information so the parking pass could be processed, it was provided via email. After my cars were both booted, The property manager said they never received the emails with the car information. They told me ‘take it up with VRBO’. The lack of cooperation was extremely disappointing. It cost me $289 to get the boots removed. Then I never received confirmation that both my cars had passes so I had to park offsite so I wouldn’t get booted again. I totally lost trust with the property managers.
The house needed maintenance, all screens had holes, faucets were loose, TP holder was loose.
I would not recommend this property based on the property management team.
