The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The spacious living room is furnished with a couch, a love seat, as well as two club chairs with ottoman. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a side by side refrigerator, electric stove and oven, and microwave along with an extra refrigerator for extra storage. Washer and dryers are also available for your convenience. Situated on one acre on the Nueces River, guests can enjoy an afternoon of relaxation on the 1700 square foot deck as well as floating the river or simply enjoying the dug out slew.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Wonderful place to get away from it all.

Our stay here was wonderful. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, then you will love this house. It is decorated beautifully and was as clean as you will find anywhere. The peace and quiet you get with this location is unbeatable. The scenery and wildlife that you see from the huge deck off the back of the house was amazing. Not to mention that it is right on the river with deep swimming holes right off the deck. The owner Tamara was absolutely terrific to deal with and gives perfect directions on how to get there. I would recommend this house to anyone without hesitation. My family will be making Tamara's house a regular vacation stop.
