This hotel appears to be a transfer to the Baymont group of hotels. The room was clean and comfortable with a hot shower. The breakfast was just OK as some mornings the selection was not as good. The potatoes were pale and appeared uncooked. There is a Cracker Barrel next door, so we ate there a ...
The hotel needs a refresh top to bottom. The outside area wasn't well lit or secured. Guest entrance should be limited to lobby after dark. Noisy with people coming in and out an unsecured door. I understand that this is a lower cost hotel but it's not worth it if you don't feel your car is safe. ...
We came to this hotel, as we do every year if they have availability, for an annual zoo/waterpark trip. There was an unfortunate series of events, and due to ORBITZ messing up reservations, we didn't have the amount of beds I requested. Orbitz didn't help whatsoever, they were rude and didn't care ...

Rooms had frig, microwave, sink,ec. Only had 2 knives, 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 am plate.. Don't see how that could of been any use to anyone.. Set am bag of trash and used towels outside door for pick-up. This was x-mad day, had note taped to door asking US to throw trash in hopper and put towels back in room for that day. Note was from management, what? THEY couldn't do that? Guests have to get rid of their own trash and towels? We always have the "do not disturb" sign out, we don't want people going in our room..
The hotel itself is run down. The room itself was a little outdated but nicer than the rest of the building and very clean. We stayed here specifically to be close to the Rose Music Center and there was shuttle service for those incapable of making the ( 1 ) mile drive. The lobby, eating area and check in station are all in the same small room. It is what it is and it served its purpose. The only 2 employees that I did encounter were more than friendly.
For the most part a good place for an overnight stay. Two problems... could not adjust temperature in the room. No controls to do so, all centrally controlled.
Nice hotel. great price ... great beds, shower, and air conditioning. slept like a rock.
