We had a great time at this property. Some things we really loved were how easy it was to get to downtown Greenville, how clean and modern the property was, the amount of space, and all of the amenities provided. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a sound machine, as the shared walls were slightly thin.

The registration process was fine. However, as we progressed toward and during our stay, the owner seemed illusive and refused to communicate other than via email where response time was not always timely and he seemed to 'push back.' The unit is modern but the quality is Amazon-like. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. One TV controller could not be found but was eventually located at the very back of a lower kitchen cabinet behind other items, and the TV displayed rotation of personal photos (awkward!). Neither were we ever able to access desired programming on that (LR) TV. Most aggravating was we were not informed of the lack of 'after business hours' parking access (had to park outside a gate a long distance from the unit) and were 'locked out' until a resident let us in. On a more positive note, we had reason to encounter the 'property manager' for this unit. He was quite cordial and very kind, and was accommodating to the best of his ability. We realize the owner has received some great reviews, but our experience was certainly less than what we've grown to expect with VRBO.

We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, place was very comfortable and clean. Ample towels and kitchen amenities. We enjoyed the clubhouse area with a pool table and local restaurant/ brewery.

Amazing Rental for Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It is very clean and well decorated. It has many on-site amenities such as restaurants, and family game rooms. We especially loved the outdoor sitting area right outside of the den.Beds are extremely comfortable and cozy. We had a pleasant stay. Owners were quick to respond to any questions.
