"We booked this as a last minute deal, myself, my girlfriend and our 3 month old. We had been to Cambridge before and this hotel is in an excellent location.
Important to mention we booked this through Hotels.com.
Before arriving I asked for a cot in the room and also confirmed this on the app. We also did this for room service. This cot did NOT turn up. As we had a basinet this was not the end of the world.
The hotel room is not well equipped. We had to ask for an iron and iron board but this did not turn up within the 45 minutes we waited. This hotel does not provide a fridge, dressing gowns or slippers.
Finally, we were there when there was a wedding. This was fine, however if I knew a couple has an infant baby I would not put this room as close to the music as possible. Not the end of the world if we did not have a baby but was difficult to put him to sleep.
Overall, this was disappointing. I may stay again but in my opinion you have better options in Cambridge."
