Theresa was AMAZING from the start and so accommodating. I was traveling to Purina Farms for a dog show, so this being a dog friendly place to stay was necessary. She had no issues answering my questions and had extra blankets, dog amenities, etc. throughout the house. Theresa was communicative throughout the entire process, and I would definitely stay here if I visit Missouri again. She has a fenced in yard which was a HUGE bonus and made things alot easier. 5 stars from me and my friends I stayed with!

An absolute perfect place to stay with our dogs. Everything about it was pet friendly. The most relaxing place we have stayed with our 4 dogs. Host was quick to communicate before and even during our stay. Above and beyond amenities. We had cookies waiting for us upon arrival. We will most definitely be staying here next time we are in the area. Quiet location with a fanced in area to let the dogs off leash.

Lovely owner, cute little home. Fresh baked cookies, nice and clean bed was a bit too soft for us, personal preference. Very quiet and respectful owner's. Loved the birds/nature.

My dog and I stayed for the week while attending our National Specialty at Purina Farms. I would definitely stay here again. Safe, quiet, peaceful and tons of amenities. 10/10!

Theresa was very accommodating giving me her main floor as lower level overbooked. I had use of the complete house with full amenities including deck and fenced yard. The house was very clean and well stocked.Highly recommend!!

The best stay ever!

The host was lovely. The house was spotless and had all the creature comforts. My dog was at ease, and enjoyed the pet friendly environment and nice fenced yard. I will book agin in 2027 when our National Show is at Purina Farms.

Perfect Get Away

This property is located in a quiet residential area..neighbors wave at you when you drive by...still plenty of privacy and very relaxing atmosphere...host was so very helpful and kind ....she baked cookies the morning of our arrival...very very clean and little extras there for you if you forget anything......it only allowed 5 starts

We were and this was our last night. VIVO is comfortable and fit our needs. It was my daughter, our friend and me. Fortunately, our friend was in a car because it was quite a distance from the Katy Trail, But we knew that in advance.

Great for those traveling with dogs

It was clean, the perfect size for a small party, and well thought out. I especially liked all of the accommodations for those traveling with dogs (i.e. toys, bowls, fenced in yard, etc.). I wish I would’ve realized that the property owner would be present (on the upper level) during our stay. That being said though, she did not bother us at all besides to give us some info and was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Favorite place to stsy

It’s a very nice quiet place in the country, it was our 5th time staying here and won’t be our last. Theresa is very accommodating and a wonderful host. The yard is very well kept and there was plenty of space for the dogs to run about. The open yard is not fenced, but there is a fenced area if you do need to let your pets off leash and keep me safe. The house is cozy with plenty of seating, comfy beds and a large bathroom and shower.

Little bit of heaven!

If I were to say that the property was amazing, it would be an understatement. The property itself was like a bit of Heaven to sum it up, it had everything for your peace of mind. As for the host, Theresa, she was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing time to book Theresa's place. She took time from her busy lifestyle to accommodate me and my wife and make sure that everything went perfectly with our stay. The place was thoroughly clean and had everything for a nice getaway from the city life. Theresa is a blessed and beautiful person, I would not look any further and book her place without hesitation.

Theresa’s place is fantastic — we came in town for a wedding just a few minutes north with our 9 month old dog. He was so comfortable there. There’s a fenced in yard for pups to run around in and plenty of space. The area is serene and quiet. Truly remarkable find. If you’re thinking about it — please book!
