Worst experience ever they said they don't have any bookings through hotels.com. not allowed to check in at late night.
And I call you help line number but no response. Next time I will book through proper channel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
If you like antique collections, they got some exotic items. The front office people are very nice, courteous, and very engaging. The restaurant upstairs is decent. I didn't want to step out for dinner after a hectic sightseeing day and the upstairs restaurant came to the rescue. I will say you will get more bang for the buck.
