Bad stay experience with worst service

It was really a bad experience of staying in such a cheap hotel. Bathroom was dirty and service was worst. Never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

An Average Hotel in a good locality.

Our trip was a family leisure, hotel condition is average, bathroom fittings and other room fittings are all below average. Services are slow, if u order anything other than restaurant such as house keeping items then u need to wait or should send a reminder once or twice. Not recommended if u r going with kids, I was expecting a larger room but I found its a bit smaller. Surrounding is the only attraction u may like because location of the hotel is good. Overall its an average hotel if u r going alone for some business trip or may be for corporate guests. Honestly, I may not visit again!

Comfortable hotel in pleasant neighborhood

We spent five nights at this hotel. It is on the outskirts of the city but within easy reach of the centre and the shopping malls.

Wonderful Hotel & Hosts! Couldn't ask for more.

This is surely one of the better hotels in Udaipur. The pricing is kept very strategically. It is worth every buck, because of the facilities provided. The Hotel is very close to the commercial offices. As I was on a business trip, I had to visit some offices that were situated very close to Hotel Horizon! When I came back in the evening, I realized that a few of the tourist places are in close vicinity. I took a drive around Fateh sagar lake and post dinner went for a walk to Sukhadia circle. My stay was very comfortable and was made exceptional by their quality service. The rooms were spacious and hygienic. I tried the food at the restaurant, I had to try authentic Rajasthani food. I had heard of Laal Maans and wanted to try it, and after finishing 1 portion by myself I understood why it is so famous. Next morning, I went for the breakfast around 8 AM, The buffet was ready and I have to say that the spread was really nice. I tried the Chole Bhature with Cheese Omelet (Made on order for me) with cut fruits and juice. Having such good food early in the morning just made my day. It was truly a great experience and would love to stay for longer period with my family when they visit India around July. I recommend Hotel Horizon to people who want to stay in centre of the city and save commuting.

Perfect Stay!

I travel a lot for business purposes. I chose this hotel as it was near my work place. So location was a major plus point for me. Room: The room was clean and neatly maintained. Coffee/ Tea Maker was also in the room. Bathroom: It was neat and clean with all the toiletries placed in a basket. WiFi: WiFi speed was good. Breakfast: Good spread with Indian/ Continental and South Indian dishes. The food was all freshly prepared and tasted good too. Parking: Decent parking space is available. It had all the facilities that a traveler needs. The staff is very courteous and try to make you feel at home. Recommended for people traveling with family Or for business.

Excellent Choice close to all major spots!

The check-in was quick. Hotel rooms were clean, had all required facilities. The bathroom amenities were placed in a lovely wooden basket. Most important thing for me in any hotel is that the bathroom should good and I have to say that it was throughly clean. The front desk staff was professional and cooperative and helped me plan the itinerary. The morning breakfast in restaurant was also quite good and filling with sufficient options. I would recommend this hotel to people who would want to have a pleasant stay in Udaipur as the location is also a factor that makes this hotel a great option.

Budget hotel meeting great expectations.

We checked in at the hotel at 5am. Had to pay extra half day charges and that was fine. Staff in the hotel are very friendly. They even have cloak room facilities.

Very Dirty Hotel

We paid $63/nite , booked two rooms, for two nights. This is very dirty hotel as towels in the rooms were dirty , bed sheets dirty , Hot water problems. There was a mouse running around the kitchen and breakfast area.
