My family and I stayed here for approximately two weeks and booked three rooms. From the moment we arrived, our experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were consistently very clean, well maintained, and spacious enough for a long stay, which made a big difference for our family.
The staff truly stood out during our visit. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, after about five days in Bali, I became ill. During that time, the staff were exceptionally supportive and compassionate. They helped me feel at ease and were even willing to arrange a doctor for me, which I deeply appreciated. Their kindness and professionalism during a stressful situation meant a lot to us.
Overall, our stay was excellent, and the level of service made it even more memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and caring environment.
