The hotel and it's team are incredible. They make you feel so welcome and address you by name throughout your stay which always makes you feel at home. Rasa Sayang, Ubud

Great location as offered easy access to Ubud amenities. Hotel set back from hustle and bustle within quiet grounds. The hotel’s staff were very attentive ensuring that our stay was very enjoyable. Also, hired a car through hotel for the day which allowed our group of 6 to visit some of the well known sights across Bali.

Cet hotel est un oasis dans la ville. Une fois entrées dans l'établissement, le calme nous a entouré alors que la rue est animée ! La forêt des singes, le palais royal ainsi que le marché sont accessibles à pieds. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Le personnel est au petit soin, comme partout d'ailleurs !! Je retournerai certainement dans cet hotel lors de mon prochain séjour à Bali.

Despite being in the centre of Ubud, the hotel is set back from the main road and is a haven of peace. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with a private balcony. Staff were all friendly and charming. Food was good, without being extraordinary. The high point for us was the spa, with the best view from the hotel, and really professional masseuses, who were professional and very sweet.

It was not prepared for the customer. The information on the additional fee and breakfast amount for one child was different. They emailed the extra bed fee for 1 child as 500K/night, but at the front desk it was 750K/night. There was no extra bed prepared, and the assigned room was another guest's room. The staff was kind, but I was disappointed with the disingenuous surcharge and the room that was not prepared.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, the pool and surrounds were lovely. The staff were very friendly and all the little extras like yoga classes and afternoon tea were great
