We were turned away when we arrived at the villa and told that it was closed for renovation and had been closed for years, so we had to find alternative accommodation which was another expense that we had not considered. So you may want to find something else if you plan to stay here if you don't want to be disappointed. I had received a confirmation email from the villa back in September last year so I will be chasing up some compensation for the extra expenses that we did not count on when we return to Australia. So to sum it up not very impressed with your service.

It's been a great experience to explore Ubud and stayed at Amanda Ubud Villa. Me and my family are really love the place!... They really thought of everything from a huge bed 3 private bed rooms, each room have indoor shower, private pool, wifi, private kitchen, nice living room, etc. They keep every detail clean and nicely made with love. The location of this villa is perfect if you want to be in a quiet areas where you can enjoy beautiful scenery of ubud. I can see paddy field in front of my bed room.. Very refreshing. It's very rare experience!. You can not experience this in kuta or any other places. Honestly, everytime we visit Bali, we usually spent most of our time in kuta,... but after my last trip in Ubud, and stayed in Amanda Ubud Bali, We will definitely come back! and explore more,.. enjoy the real Balinese culture and many beautiful places in Ubud... and i will stay in this villa again for my next trip in Bali. :)
