Clean and great service

Our stay included a free breakfast and the selection was large. Staff were attentive and even offered to bring extra coffee to our room when we asked for a to-go cup. The bed was comfortable. We had a large king bed and asked for an extra bed for our daughter.

This resort is nothing short of magical. From the time you walk in u til you walk out you feel like you have entered paradise. My room was amazing and the service was outstanding. The grounds make you never want to leave. I will be back to Bali just to go back to this resort.

This was such a beautiful property, truly breathtaking. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful as well. Being able to message requests or questions over whats app was also very convenient and they responded very quickly. The room, spa and entire property was beautiful and amazing. I would definitely go back to this resort and it was the only place in all of Bali I had hot water in the shower the entire duration of the shower.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent breakfast. The customer service is top notch, we were treated like royalty. There is a complimentary shuttle to Ubud town center (10 min ride), afternoon tea and many other activities such as free yoga, evening bbq dance performance. Spa is world class.

Beautiful hotel. Gives white lotus vibes. Pictures don’t do it justice. Staff incredible. Pool area beautiful. Breakfast lovely, fantastic cofffee. Loved our stay. My only comment would be that it’s in a beautiful quiet peaceful location, but the draw back of this is the traffic you have to fight through to get there from the airport. It’s on the other side of the town. Which is stunning but a long drive. Loved it. Will recommend to friends. Miss it already

The resort was clean and very close to downtown Ubud. The shuttle was very convenient. Our room was very nice, the food was good, and the service was decent. I believe there are several areas to improve to enhance the customer experience, but all in all for the price it was fantastic.
