The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. But the mattress needs to be burned. You could feel the springs and it was so lumpy and thin. It was so bad I almost went to sleep in the car. The car, would no doubt have been more comfortable than the mattress.

Will not be booking again

We arrived at 3:30am and usually the room gets checked but after a 15-hour drive, we were ready for bed. When we woke up to shower, the bathroom floor was not swept cause there was clear debris and the tub was dirty. The housekeeper came by, and it was tough to communicate with her but after I checked, I had to call her again into the room because she missed the tub. I had to ask for towels twice because there was 4 us and were given 2 towels. Check out time is noon according to the front desk and the housekeeper is knocking on the door at 10:15am. Will not be staying here again.
