The soap provided in our room is the skinniest I have ever seen. The standard internet available was too slow, it worked only my cell phone, did not work on laptop. When contacted, the lady at the front desk told me that laptop connectivity is too technical for her, and if my cell phone is connected to the internet, it means their connection is just fine and she could not be of much help. In general, the property is old - for its age, the property is reasonably well maintained.
Friendly staff, room was fairly well appointed. These are weird times and they’ve handled themselves well. They were dealing with some damage from recent storms but it did not affect us at all.
Bathroom was dirty , old sheets was inside the pullout couch along with candy paper and popcorn and the phone didn’t work
It is overpriced for the minimal service they offer.
Great room, service, staff, and location! We will be back again.
Very nice and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and nice clean rooms.
Location was great re: the start/end of the Tyler Rose Half Marathon. Room was super clean - bed was fabulously comfortable. Actually have never seen such a shiny clean tub in all the hotels I have ever stayed at. Bath towels were FAB!! Front desk personnel on both our check-in and our check-out were terrific - so personable. Will definitely stay here for next year's race!!
Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Some noise in the morning from traffic, but not bad. Lots of nearby restaurants. Overall, a very nice hotel.
My stay the hotel was great all the people who work their very supportive and prudent!

New hotel in Tyler, TX...staff very knowledgeable and friendly...room quality is excellent....centrally located to shopping and fine dining....superb experience.....
New and great location with a great staff and amenities
everything is within reach...
The hotel itself was nice but the price was a little out there. Mr and my husband were having a nice getaway vacation. The room from the pictures was remarkable but most definitely fixed up for show. Our room was not what we expected, rather small for the price. The restaurant was pricey and did not have many options. The pool and hot tub were very small. Overall I would not pay for a do over.
