The room was mostly clean other than a used bar of soap left in our shower. We also had no shampoo and no body wash. The room view would have been nice but there was lots of construction that went on till almost 1am and a festival that was starting the next day so they were setting up a a stage and tons of barricades. It definitely wasn’t ideal. I feel like we got scammed for the price we paid ($370)

The bathroom was dirty and I called twice but they only cleaned the toilet not the floor. One pool was not working. Furniture is in need of replacement. Noisy dehumidifier woke me up at night. But location was great. I wish I could see the ocean from my window but seems you have to be on 3rd fooor or higher.

3 of 7 days room was cleaned at our request. We didnt have clean towels, garbage not emptied and bed not made. No coffee pods supplied for morning coffee. The bed was comfortable. What stood out was the town of Tybee; clean, convenient, great food and reaturants. The people of the town were great. Suggestions of places to go and the beaches were clean and beatutiful, water clear.

Ocean side room views and location of the hotel are great, however the hotel does need some TLC. I would not recommend rooms facing away from the ocean as there are probably better less expensive options at other hotels.

They checked me into an un turned room. Both beds were unmaid and there were dirty towels on the floor of the restroom. I had to walk back across the parking lot in the rain to get a new room card. I had originally paid extra for the room with a full ocean view, but the new room was obstructed by trees

The room was very clean, updated and with a full ocean view as advertised! Felt very comfortable there. I would recommend this hotel for a beach lover who wants to walk outside and have a walkway directly there.

Easy, convenient location, beautiful ocean view. Room cleanliness was lacking. You could see room had not been swept in sometime. There is trash in corners and under things. There cleanliness standards are not reflecting price.

The stay was great, the view BEAUTIFUL from room 446. Check-in was simple and easy since I did most of it online. Desk staff was great helping me get to my room and going over the amenities plus whats good to eat on the Island. Overall my stay was absolutely awesome and I cant wait to come back already. We also met some new friends our neighbors on both sides and shared our Galentines gifts...lol If I had to pick something, I woulsd ask to sweep floors better, lots of hair but nothing I couldnt get taken care of.
