Off the entry hall are a bedroom and a shared bathroom. A cozy kitchen with 2 bar seats has everything guests need to whip up a quick snack or prepare local seafood. An open living area has a comfy leather sofa, a large TV, and sliding glass doors that open to a balcony with neighborhood views. An elevator is in the front of Building A facing the parking lot. My stay was as described. No issues. All good nice, clean, comfy, one bed, balcony. Surroundings were also nice with short walk to the beach. Nicer area's of the beach are a further walk.
