Welcome to Your Vacation Dream Home

Use the building's elevator to access the second floor. As soon as you walk in in the condo, the main living space greets you. There's a comfortable couch and two large chairs surrounding a coffee table. Flip on the flat-screen TV to entertain your group at any time. The living room has large windows offering a view of the porch and the surrounding neighborhood.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining space. Seat up to six people at this table, which is also the maximum occupancy for this rental. Walk into the full-size kitchen when you're ready to prepare a snack or a great meal. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, keurig and drip coffee maker. Beach House on Silver also comes with those everyday amenities, such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. You will also find a full size washer and dryer within the condo.

Bring your binoculars for a closer view. While you're at the north end of the island, watch out for bottlenose dolphins. They often play just off the island's coast, which makes for a unique outing. Consider another water activity with a kayaking or dolphin sunset boat adventure. At the North side of Tybee you will also find the new Marine Science Center which is a fun place to learn about Tybee's ecology and view some local animals, like sea turtles, up close.

Tybee Island also has a rich history. Visit two forts, including Fort Pulaski and Fort Screven, that represent the nation's defense around the Civil War years. There is even a gun battery to explore. Take a full day to explore these attractions because their history runs deep.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
