"The staff was excellent. Simona went above and beyond in organizing my train trip to Monte Carlo and helped me buy the tickets online (websites were in Italian and French). Gaida was answering my airport to hotel transfer questions even before I arrived. Janie, the housekeeper, was incredible. The views from the Terrace (and Gabriel, the barman there) are great!
Two areas of the facilities need attention - the main entrance revolving doors weren't working automatically and even though I stayed for a week, Iit was still not fixed by the end of my stay.
The wall sockets for phone chargers or laptops, etc need to be modernized - need to be universal.or at least have a USB port.
Otherwise, overall, a great place to stay! The staff make the stay a really fantastic experience. "
