This is my second time to stay. It is a very good well maintained hotel and comfortable place to stay. They also found my wife ear rings in our home and keep it in safe for my brother to pick it up. Only thing they need to improve about the shuttle bus to airport. Is that possible can do for reservations, not first come first serve. Overall, I will stay here again.

For an airport hotel, it has a totally inadequate airport shuttle service. Hourly! Only starting at 6am! Remote pickup location if arriving at airport! Wow, not so great for a fancy airport hotel. You have to take local taxi, effectively.

The check in was a nightmare, the staff was robotic and could check in with my passport on their email and me on the phone saying I accept to proceed the check in on the name of other passenger, because I have a familiar incident and could flight. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very comfortably decorated with very recent style. It is a quiet hotel, no noises can hear during my stay and the staff are friendly. One tricky is it is a bit difficult to find the entrance. It would be more appreciated if direction was given or have more direction signs when getting closer to the hotel.
