Overall it was a fine stay. Feedback on some areas: First a reminder msg about the airport shuttle times would be helpful. My flight arrived late and I was unnecessarily waiting at the shuttle location only to call and discover I missed the last shuttle. Second, check in staff could have been more helpful explaining amenities ie daily breakfast that I paid for and didn’t realize until after checkout. Third, and this is more a helpful ask, make the signs to the hotel entrance from the mall more noticeable. It was too easy to walk past whilst walking back from shopping. The room was comfortable and I slept well - which is a great compliment to your housekeeping staff and room amenities.

This hotel is clean and very convenient. It's a short ride (less than 15min) on the complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall with restaurant options and a grocery store. You can walk through the mall to the gondola to the Big Buddha. You can also walk through the mall to the train station to Disneyland or downtown Hong Kong. There is a beautiful park you can walk around across the street from the hotel. It felt very safe and there were many families out and sports teams practicing. The fitness center is large and nice. The pool is beautiful but note that it is closed during the winter season. We didn't eat the breakfast this time because we had to catch an early flight.

The Novotel staff are polite. The checkin was easy, quick and we appreciated the checkout time of 2pm as our flight is late. It’s difficult to find Novotel when you come out of the MTR. Take a lift to level 2 and it’s near Uni Glo. Very convenient location and shopping was fun here.
