I like the proximity to airport with many different cuisines available before security clearance, walking on the second floor straight into HKIA. Hotel was quiet. Also, from the HZM Bridge (Hong Kong port) shuttle bus passenger clearance building, take bus B4 three short stops to hotel. What I don't like was 1) the bathroom smells, the shower curtain should be washed, 2) hand lotion was not supplied.

Super convenient to Hong Kong International Airport as they are connected by a short pedestrian walkway. Perfect location for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. Amenities are minimal but you get what you pay for. Bonus points for being able to see the tarmac and arriving/departing airplanes at this busy airport.

The hotel is connected to the airport. After sitting on airplanes for 20 hours it's nice to have a short walk to the hotel.

Easy access to airport, however breakfast should be included with your stay

Wonderful facility. Restaurants were very expensive

The Restaurants are a little too pricy. I spent Canadian $500 for six persons' dinner. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Convenient location; however, the hotel should equip with USB charging system and upgrade its room lighting system; so that, an elderly customer does not need to turn on his own torch during the middle of the night for the bath room.

Very convenient, there are a lot of nice restaurants for different types of food, transportation very easy.

I made reservations with Orbitz and the hotel couldn’t find any Orbitz confirmation. I had all my receipts but it wasn’t in their system so they wouldn’t give me a room. I waited for 40+ minutes in the middle of the night for a room when they finally got a confirmation from Orbitz. Even though I showed them my receipts they wouldn’t give me a room. The hotel staff was not understanding and made me wait a long time not knowing what was going on until I insisted on a manger to help. I only needed the room for 10 hours before my next flight and an hour was cut short of precious sleep time because of this VERY INCONVENIENT verification between Orbitz and the hotel. I should have been able to check in without 40+ minutes waiting!! If this is what happened again I will know it’s Orbitz lack of fast communication and book with another provider.

This hotel is very convenient, right next to the airport. A great place to stay and have some rest after a long flight. The hotel gave us a family room and it was really spacious and comfortable-- two queen beds, a big bathroom, enough toiletries and complimentary hot drinks. Everything was perfect -- very clean, neat and functional. The staff were very polite, kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for more! Definitely, we'll stay here again!

Very nice and clean property efficient employees will be back

Property was very clean and nice. Staff was extremely kind, efficient and helpful. Location was very convenient for my needs.

Room smelled moldy and wallpaper was peeling. When asked for a different room, the service manager was only wanting to offer a slight discount on the room rate. For almost $275USD a night- I expect more. Finally got moved to a cleaner room. Not a great experience.

Bridge to the airport- excellent! The welcoming person (male) in Buffet on the ground level told me that as guest I should have discount, however when I was paying for my meal he pretended that he did not tell me about it and charged me full price. Bed could be softer. I have pain in my back after sleeping on such a hard mattress.
