What an amazing place! A beautiful little jungle oasis! Such amazing staff, a very convenient location just a short walk from the centre of town, opposite a supermarket and a delicious set of taco stalls.

For what we paid, the property was fantastic. It is in a great location, situated near taxis and supermarkets but also walking distance to Tulum town centre. The staff were always on hand and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable about Tulum and provide great recommendations upon request. Sometimes towels and toilet roll were upon request as opposed to being provided fresh, in advance but no big deal. The room could use a deeper clean and a lick of paint, but for a budget hotel the stay was fantastic! Thank you

The front desk manager Frederico was exceptionally helpful and accommodating by giving amazing food recommendations and demonstrated a true sense of proudness of Tulum. He was instrumental in helping us organize a very early morning taxi ride to Cancun International and alleviating some of our travel burden.

Everything was great the staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant beside it was really good, we went multiple times. There is a convenience store next to it and a grocery store across the street. The public transportation stop is also very close and downtown is only a few blocks away. I didn’t love the smoking in the courtyard, we could smell it from our room, but there are lots of cats and kittens around which was sweet

Last minute booking allowed us to get the Presidential suite for a bargain. Nice private rooftop hot tub, but unfortunately it was not hot. Great restaurant right next door. So good we ate there twice in twi days.

Their inner courtyard was beautiful and quiet. Rooms were clean, and the mini fridge was appreciated. Beds were a little too firm. The restaurant next door was excellent.

The staff is really nice and accommodating. The property is nice, quiet and safe. It is in the heart of Tulum so everything around was easily accessible. I just had mosquitoes and wet floor that caused me a little bit of inconvenience which was nicely handled by the whole staff. I appreciate their service, hence i enjoyed my stay at Pacha!

Clean and comfortable

For some reason my reservation didn't show up in the system when i arrived, but the staff handled it professionally and provided me an upgrade so I was happy. The room was comfortable, with nice linens and other nice touches, like a variety of teas, q tips, and fancy shampoo and conditioner. All of the staff were very nice, and spoke perfect English (and other languages) and provided helpful tips for my visit. The hotel is in a convenient location where it's located near the nice grocery store and downtown is walkable. I'm not sure that I'll be back to Tulum, but if I do come back, I would stay here again.
