40th birthday at Casa Halo.

We recently stayed at Casa Halo for my friend 40th Birthday. The house is gorgeous; when we were there the space flet even bigger than it is on a pictures. The pool gives you amazing tropical/Tulum vibe. The surround system was in almost in every corner of the house and very easy to control. Management and house manager were super quick with every question. I highly recommend this property , we would definitively go back.

One of the best rentals I’ve had

Honestly this was one of the better experiences I’ve had with a rental property. The house was great but what put it over the top was the service provided by Orlando and the concierge team. Everything from pre check in to on site support and bookings was top notch. They went above and beyond and our experience and customer service rivals most hotels I’ve stayed at. Couldn’t recommend this listing enough our stay was awesome.

BEST PROPERTY IN TULUM

This was my third time coming to Tulum and I was blown away from this property. The first time I came I stayed in the city, the second time I was on the strip, but this location actually topped them all. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from both the city and the strip so you get your privacy yet close to all of the action. The property itself made you want to bring “the party” to the house! The property manager Orlando was great at communication and the drivers were always ready and available as needed. The architecture of the house is unlike anything in the city. I travel across the world a lot and this property truly was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. It has a lot of space, the sound system throughout the house is amazing, and these guys made sure that we all had everything we needed. This was a priceless experience and when I come back I will 100% stay at this property again. Thank you Kevin, thank you Orlando! Until next time!

Stunning house and perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations!

This house is amazing! I've been going to Tulum since 2012 and have stayed in a variety of accommodations, from cheaper rentals in the pueblo (town) to gorgeous hotels on the beach, like Be Tulum. So when we were planning my bachelorette trip in Tulum, I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Casa Halo caught my eye with its unique and gorgeous architecture/design, plus its location between town and the beach zone. Most large, group houses are located in the town "pueblo" center which can be a pretty far trek into the beach/hotel/party strip (especially with traffic). But this house was nicely located closer to the beach area, so we could reach some of the main spots in 10 - 15 minutes! Instead of the sometimes 40-50 minute drive from Tulum Pueblo. Plus, the house has its own dedicated staff including drivers that you can hire for your group (at an extremely affordable rate) to take you anywhere you want in the area. This was a major plus because getting taxis in Tulum, esp. for a big group can be a huge pain. The SUV and car were brand new and so comfortable. Our drivers were awesome, nice, prompt, reliable, and made our rides very enjoyable! Communication was seamless. We felt safe the entire trip, which was so important for us, being a large group of young women. The house owner and staff were all incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to make our trip an amazing experience. They even include airport transfer and came through for us when we had a miscommunication. The house is even more gorgeous in person! The main area was perfect for our big group, with vaulted ceilings and open layout. The pool area is also so beautiful and had plenty of space for our group of 11. The house helped my friends arrange fun decorations and pool floats for my bachelorette, which was such a fun surprise! The master bedroom is stunning and expansive with a gorgeous master bath. The other bedrooms are also very nice with varying decor. There are so many cool outdoor spaces and patios, plus the very cool dojo/event space. It felt secluded and private We hired private chefs recommended by the house and the meals were some of the best we had the whole trip! Everything far exceeded our expectations and every single person in our group was so happy with the stay. No one wanted to leave. Our only regret was not having more time to just chill at the house and enjoy all it has to offer! Thank you Kevin, and your entire team for the best trip!
