All the charm and quirks you would expect in an lovely, older home with updates. We had an event at the Tulsa Expo, so the location was very nice. Traveling with 2 dogs, the large, fenced in yard was a huge plus. I couldn't have asked for a better host... we had some hiccups with the VRBO app's communication, but worked through them. I was allowed an early check in, a late check out and the host made wonderful accommodations that exceeded my expectations during spring storm season, where possible large hail was expected. Happy with my stay. Highly recommend this host.

What a very nice small house. Two BR, comfy LR and full kitchen with washer/dryer. Great location in literally the middle of Tulsa. Downtown, Riverside, Broken Arrow, Tulsa Zoo, South Tulsa, Gathering Place or the Oklahoma Aquarium are all just a short drive away. You are right next to the Tulsa Fairgrounds and the Golden Driller. Walk to Walgreens and Target and Reasors Grocery are just down the street.
