Curtain on hotel room had blood on it. The heater did not work..especially on two nights where temperatures dropped to 12 degrees. Poor security of the facility. Noticed two non guests washing large amounts of laundry then putting them in a car once finished and driving off. The telephone was inoperable. I could not call the front desk by using the prompt buttons on BOTH phone. I had to use my own phone to call if i needed something.

We picked this hotel because it looked like a step above the rest, online. While having a kitchenette was really nice, what you gain in that space, you lose in the sleeping area and bathroom. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet seat, making it a frustrating experience. Double beds instead of Queens is another compromise of space, and everything is due for an upgrade. Also, almost uncomprehendable, we found one, if not TWO cockroaches in our room! My husband didn’t think it was worth making a complaint about, but I was disgusted. Breakfast selection was pretty good. Nice staff. Would not stay there again.

Very nice and friendly staff. Close to good places to eat and shopping.

The staff was extremely friendly and were very helpful answering questions about navigating the city. I love staying at Staybridge, the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and there's a full kitchen with stove in each unit.

This was our first visit at the Stay Bridge. I brought my infant daughter with me. I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide sheets for the pack and play. Had I not asked I would not have known to bring my own bedding for her. Also, the kitchen floor was dirty and there were coffee grounds left in the coffee pot from the previous occupant. That grossed me out. I had to clean it all before I used the coffee pot very early the next morning. The breakfast was nice given the expense of the hotel. I will probably stay again. It was centrally located for our needs.
