Pubes in the shower, used towel on the back of the bathroom door still in place upon check-in, stains on bed sheet... I checked out at 2 AM because I felt gross.

Absolute Disaster!! Came in around 9:45pm took about 7min just for someone to come to the front desk.... ordered a river view suite they gave me a street facing one...finally get into the room did a walk through... hairs on the covers and the sheets... towels had yellow stains... toilet not flushed... AC stuck on 64 ... by far one of the worst experiences!! Absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Loved the location on the Arkansas River. Didn't like the lack of a bar.
The worst room service I’ve ever had. Out of seven nights, the beds were made three times, with one of those times the sheets were left wadded up under the comforter. The other four nights beds were left unmade. They emptied the garbage cans OK, and replace towels OK.
Great view of river. Conveniently located along river. Rooms were great and so was breakfast.
Breakfast and weeknight reception were good. Pool was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
To much noise from other guest children runnning in hallways early mornings
We were first checked in, I was nursing my baby when someone knocked. I got up to go answer but before I could get there a maintenance man let himself in asking if I needed an iron. We were in room 101 by the side door exit. The door doesn’t shut correctly and makes a LOUD bang and we heard it open and shut ALL NIGHT. Got in the shower at 7:00 that morning to NO hot water. Positive—the bed was comfortable and the bathroom lighting was good.
Nice hotel and amazing staff! The shower head was lower but everything else was outstanding!
I booked my room and received a confirmation. When I arrived they checked me in a room in the third floor. Then I was told that the elevator is not working. when I get to the room it was not the kind of room I booked ( I booked a suite and they gave me a regular room). I went down and asked why is that, I was told that there was no available rooms.
Great and easy stay for work. The hotel is under construction but it did not bother us. Thank you!
We had a mini suite. Very spacious, clean, comfortable, nice shower... Good wifi connection. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jenks.
We went to visit family,.... didn't realize it was Prom night for the local schools.... they ran through the halls all night... cant be too mad I was young once.... haha BUT overall it was a great stay.
I liked my stay but wish the room heater did not sound like a car starting every time it turned on and that we had to unplug our refridgerator because of the squeaking noise it made. I did appreciate the free wi fi.
One of the best stays I"ve ever had. Room nice, quiet and cool slept well. The free breakfast was great it took the hassle out of looking for a place to eat. Nice pool, easy to park in a well lit lot. Rooms were cleaned every day. The Staff was friendly and made me feel welcome.
The receptionist was incredibly friendly. The exercise room was great. And most importantly to me the bed was extremely comfortable and the a/c was thermostat controlled and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jenks was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I only wish that I was able to stay at this hotel for my whole trip. It had already been reserved on my other nights needed.
