first checked in had to establish extra days. Hotel clerk was very helpful in getting me extra days and same room. However when i returned the next day i was locked out of my room and had to go back and reestablish the room rates and the extra days with the new clerk. Was trying to book several weeks out for rooms at same rate, clerk could not match rates, have since taken my stay and money to another hotel.

When I first got my room I noticed that there was blood on the bathroom floor, my bed was not on the bed frame all the way so if you say on the corner of the bed the opposite side would pop up and you end up on the floor, the breakfast was good but it sucked when they only offered coffee or hot chocolate. But the staff was amazing and sweet and made up for most of my experience the only thing that I wish for was that the hotel was not so close to the freeway so I couldn't have the window open without hearing planes and sirens at all times of the day

Staying in an apartment setting with every amenity available to you vs. occupying a room that provides only a bed and shower was instant gratification! A trip away from home shouldn't be stressful or inconvenient. Extended Stay allows any trip, business or pleasure, to be an adventure right away!

Young woman who manned the desk was awesome. However, quickly I saw that this place is a major dive for low income folks. Very disappointing: 1.) AM continental breakfast consisted of fruit that was going bad (Oranges and apples) instant oatmeal w/ hot water, and granola bars. 2.) As for the kitchen this comes with, no silverware, dishes, glasses, or pots/pans. Unreal. I actually had to go to the desk to ask for some, which they indeed delivered shortly. 3.) One morning, there was no breakfast at all. Supposed to be out in the lobby at 6 AM (and a woman showed up saying that it would not be ready until 7:30 AM due to this or that reason.......) I was checking out at 6:30 AM so had nothing. 4.) Printer busted, so unable to print out airfare boarding pass. 5.) Mattress not that comfortable. 6.) Shower: very poor water pressure The parking was free and good location. I am just used to having much better quality at Extended Stay of America. This was the worst one I've ever stayed at.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Never had a bad experience with this hotel. Always stay here when visiting this town.

Just what I wanted--clean room, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, (not that I did any cooking, except for one frozen pizza), and close to freeways. Many restaurants just steps away, from top of line steak house, to IHOP and Village Inn. Nothing fancy--no weight room or pool, and just continental breakfast.

Hotel was convenoient, but was just bought out, so there were changes beinbg made. The hotel had a very strange odor, like cleaners, but not in the rooms themselves. Will probably be gone by the time we go back again. Thanks for the stay.

We needed a place that wasn't terribly expensive with acceptable cleanliness and no bed bugs...this was the place...kitchen floor wasn't perfect, but otherwise it was ok. Location was pretty much central to what we needed and pretty easy on and off highway.

The room was clean and they let us check in early. The cable is good and so is the pool. I got a lot more than I expected for the price we got it for.

all was well except the water was not hot and barely warm

Everything was great. It was in a location with a lot of eating options within walking distance. Bring your own shampoo though because it is an extended stay hotel these things are not available.

I checked in and the woman at the front was very friendly but quick. My room was much more than I expected. When I saw the website I did not make much of it but I'm struggling with money so I had to take what I could get. When I walked in the room I was really surprised and I smiled right when I opened the door. The was a smell I didn't like but I went to the store and bout a $3 glades plug in and it was perfect. WiFi was only $5 for the whole stay. I got a great deal from Orbiz for $78 for 2 nights. I am coming back to Tulsa in a month and I will definitely be staying at this hotel.....no this is not some hotel staff writing this.

I was in town for a wedding

Not bad. The room was clean and served as a comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. A very good value for the money.

Hotel? hardly. More like a shelter. Dirty carpet, dirty walls, and dank odorous rooms await you. The office/storage room attendant will tell you no room service is available and to exchange your own linens at the desk each morning of your stay. It is an extended stay motel that lives up to all the negatives one would associate with such a place. Delapidated would be a good description to fit not only the building but also some of the cars parked around it. Steer clear wary travelers.

Hotel was great location for the people I had to visit. We checked in and the staff was nice. The hallway going to our room wreaked of shrimp, but they have kitchens so we realized someone must have cooked. The room was non-smoking marked, but smelled of tobacco smoke. One of the night stands had sticky rings probably from drinks.

[...] the housekeeping lady was very rude when I asked her to replace the complementary coffee that was in our room. Housekeeping also ignored the "do not disturb" request on our door and decided to pound on our door 2 hours before check out. Over all this was not a good experience for me or my family.***THEY ALSO HAVE A POORLY RUN CAB SERVICE THAT DOESNT USE A METOR AND IS VERY DISHONEST. THE DRIVERS NAME IS [...]

it was nice

Really Good Value, especially considering the price. Clean and spacious with "extended stay" amenities (microwave, fridge, dishes, etc.). Close to local restaurants (in walking distance). Will stay here again when in town and if it's for same price. Very pleasant stay.

What disturbed me most about this stay was that the office staff closed their offices. No one was available over night for security purposes. I thought that all hotels or motels had someone who remained on staff to secure any problems that arrived. We stayed from a Wednesday night to a Saturday and the office closed at 6:00 pm and opened at 9:00 am. If there was an emergency or if something broke in the room there was no one to contact. The pet fees are too high. I understand a LOW one-time fee for pets and a refundable fee if my pet does not do any damage. The room was not very clean, the sheet very rough, towles very rough. Will not stay here again.

The staff and I read your comments about your stay with us. I am sorry to hear that we did not provide you with home away from home while you were here. I discussed your comments with the team, and we are making some changes to ensure that this does not happen again. I am grateful for the feedback you provided so we are able to continually improve our hotel. We do hope you will choose to stay with us again so we can have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
