I had a room with a kitchen. The staff told me that it is my responsibility to take out my trash and bring down dirty linens in exchange for clean. I was there 4 nights and the room was never touched. I would of left, however I had prepaid a nonrefundable price. Talked to management and all they said was "yeah", so corporate has been informed. We will never stay at this chain again.
Rooms were clean and had no issues staying onsite. Breakfast is basically muffins and 'bars', but you are near McDonalds and Ihop. Its a PIA to get the preferred pricing, often waiting for 'coupon' to come out. My average was around 48 per night. Front desk help varied on helpfulness, but overall I stayed here many nights and would recommend it to others.
We loved this hotel. Definitely would recommend a family vacation here or even if you need stay for week or month at a time for work. We will definitely stay again and again. Wood floors, full kitchens, pull out couch for extra sleeping room, and a nice pool. We loved it! Staff is amazing, rooms were clean and spacious with enough room for our big family even in the one bed room because we were able to use the fold out couch for the kids bed. And the rooms if not recently remodeled look like they have been. All the dishes you will need to cook in the kitchen.... Free! The staff were not only kind to us but patient with our kids and the things we asked for they were extremely accomadating. We stayed for a week at a time and after each week we rebook this same hotel. We got to deal with all the the staff over a 4 week period and can sincerely say that Cheyenne, Veneeciea, Lewis, and the manager Terrie were not just sweet to our kids but amazing and kind which means a lot now days because at most hotels the staff acts like you work for them and there at that Extended Stay they were all great!
Have stayed here many times and have always had great experiences. Staff always friendly and willing to accommodate any situation. Newly remodeled, nice kitchen areas, pool, laundry. Can't say enough about the staff, they are all wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a little "home away from home".
One of the worse experiences i have had as a business man on business trips. They have refused to recognize how long i have stayed at any locations and as well refused to give discounts on any weekly or monthly rates after staying for 5 weeks. Not my recommendation for staying at this motel.
Corporate needs to sink their teeth in to this location ASAP before they start losing money!!! Start at the top... whoever is managing that location is NOT doing a good job!!! Sketchy employees. Broken ovens. Kitchens not equipped for cooking. Too much running around asking for supplies. Not very clean. Hard to find front desk person to get help when needed.
Clean, spacious, outdoor pool, fitness center, friendly staff- I would stay here again for sure. I enjoyed having a kitchen. Some kitchen supplies are included and some aren't but we had been camping so we had our own.
The room itself was just fine! Bedroom and linens were clean. 2 things bothered me...1) The pool is at the "sister" hotel down the street. I was not informed that upon booking. 2) Hotel stayers are well aware of checkout time. It's posted several times. Well, I got a phone call from the front desk 3 hours before checkout time, to tell me what time checkout was. I was so livid! I needed some serious sleep (went to rock concert the night before). No matter the situation, I've never had this happen. I would stay here again. Just make sure to let the desk know to NOT call for that reason.
So our first night was not great. We got a room where the air kept cutting off. like we turn it on but then 5 min later it would cut off. It wouldn't stay on long enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. when we checked out we informed the front desk of this not expecting anything in return but as we were getting on the freeway the hotel called and offered us a free night. We took it and it was the most comfortable experience we have ever had at any extended stay hotel! I love the staff here very professional and very helpful! I wanted some ice cream and the front desk clerk was not at all hesitant to help me find the closest place. Definitely a good night's sleep with the working air and the renovated rooms are beautiful. when coming out to Tulsa again I'm pretty sure we will be booking here at the extended stay :-)
I attended a conference at the Renaissance by Marriott Convention Center, but didn't want to pay conference rate, so found this hotel. It is back in a sort of warren of hotels and a little hard to find initially, but after a couple of trips back and forth it was fine, and only about 10 minutes from the conference center. I had never stayed at an Extended Stay before, so, if you have, you may be familiar with some of the features that were new to me. LOVED evening staffers Terri and (oops, forgot second lady's name - she was a fairly new employee) - both just as helpful and friendly as could be. Felt like old friends after just one visit in the office. In fact, when I parked and walked by the office to the elevator, I stopped in to visit more than once. Both were familiar enough with the area to be able to give good directions. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, big TV. I liked having carpet in the bedroom area and linoleum in the kitchen. Both areas were clean - my socks didn't change color walking around without shoes (LOL). Kitchen items are available on request, but not left in the room. Hair dryer also not in the room, but available for check out from the office. Towels were a little thin, but big enough and not stained, frayed or torn. Fridge didn't have an ice maker, but did have ice trays. Microwave was above cook top, so a little high for us short folks. There was no daily maid service, since I was only there for 3 nights. I did not request towel exchange or additional soaps, etc. I was in room 208 on the front of the building. I didn't have an issues with outside noise or noise from other rooms - could't tell if there was someone above or on either side, so walls not thin. Blackout curtain worked well. Not much in the way of breakfast - coffee and packaged muffins. They call this "grab and go." Okay for me, because my conference provided breakfast at the conference venue. Only problem was, with heavy rain that came through, walkway on the second floor (and probably other upper floors) ended up with puddles the width of the walkway. Not a major issue, but I was surprised by the standing water after the ground level puddles had drained. I would definitely stay here again, and would look forward to seeing the great and friendly staff members.
